There's not! But, that's a good video idea. In the meantime, I would recommend watching this video on meeting sellers for the first time: kzread.info/dash/bejne/emx2o9N9hseZk9I.html

@@gabrielsilvas692 This is an excellent question. Yes, you should practice where you are familiar. That is the easiest way to create a foundation for yourself as a new real estate agent. But, I want you to know that isn't a be all end all rule. You can still make this career work for you in a new city. It will be hard if you move to a city without any contacts, but it's not impossible. You can also do your research ahead of time and figure out the exact area you would like to farm so when you arrive, you know exactly where to go for your clientele. Alternatively, you can go through the licensing process, help people in your area, get your feet wet, and move to the city when you feel more comfortable. But, if comfort isn't a factor, then you can always start building your contacts for the Austin area right now. I want to share a few videos that I think would help you out: - Mitch Stein interview, coming from a place of service, building contacts: kzread.info/dash/bejne/fZibxryAnr2fYbw.html - Paul Morris interview, building wealth and the quick and easy way to become a neighborhood expert: kzread.info/dash/bejne/dJtr2a-QgNq7f5M.html - Tisha Janigian's video on real estate farming has a TON of creative and smart farming ideas: kzread.info/dash/bejne/i6SJmrKcqdqwddY.html - Selling real estate in other cities (you may have seen this one already, but this would be a good one to watch in case you find leads in YOUR area who would like to move to Austin or vice versa): kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y62o2dCoZdfAfpc.html I hope this helps. Remember that you can make this work. Sure, you might not know Austin like you do your current neighborhood but that is something that you can fix easily. Build your contacts in the area you want to represent and always come from a place of service. Then, the money will follow! Best of luck to you, Gabriel. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
