Hi I have one now. Was pondering for a long time on which model to buy so thanks for upload. I was thinking I'll maybe buying a small sheet of HEPA and inserting it to inside of front grill.

How do you clean the filter. Thanks for the video as I bought mine of eBay and had no instructions

Yeah the instructions don't go into great detail on cleaning mainly on how to remove and the recommended interval of every two weeks as a dirty filter will reduce the efficiency of the machine. What I do depending on how dirty the filter is, either vacuum the filter or wash out with tap water (mesh type filter) but make sure it's completely dry before replacement.

How do we empty our dehumidifier you demonstrated please. Brian B

To empty the water tank situated at the front of the dehumidifier (I switch the dehumidifier off first) simply grip the tank by the two locating side groves and gently pull forwards. I tend to keep my thumbs pressed on the body of the dehumidifier as I do this.To refit once emptied simply slide back in.

Hi it's the hose at the back water not coming out. .it feels full. Done everything in the instructions. .the front is ok it's the hose to empty. And it's free from kinks and twists. Thank you for your helpw

​@@brianbristow3127.Most dehumidifiers the water is drained by gravity alone so for effective continuous drainage the dehumidifier needs to be raised above the floor and the hose run to a floor level drain,ie a lower point.

Do you recommend using it for bathroom / shower setting to prevent condensation? Thankyou

I would avoid putting it in the bathroom and would not advise using a dehumidifier in the bathroom because it isn't IP rated. But positioning a dehumidifier as close to the bathroom as possible with the door open still can help to reduce the condensation and moisture quickly though.
