Hi Tara, hope you're well. @ConaghKathleen used the Runna app to train for her half marathon.. So that might be worth a try. I always start with interval training.. Helps build endurance

My grandparents moved up to northern Michigan and got an alpaca farm when i was 10 in 2005- i grew up with them and went every summer for a month or two. It was such an amazing experience that ill remember forever

In my area (wisconsin) we say warsh-ess-(very soft “t”)-shire sauce 😆. I use it in sooo much. It balances out tomato/citrus very well. I use like half a bottle of that and soy sauce for heartier soups and meats. It’s super good for chili to calm the tomato down.

Agreed. I know you’ve said before you are ADHD Tara, but you manage very well. I can manage at work but home life is a disaster. And talk about constant distractions. Tips would be great.

Hands down my favorite vlogger!

Oh- a lil tip for thickening soupd and stews- put a 1/2 tablespoon of corn starch in a 1/2 cup of COLD water and mixy mixy till there are no lumps, then stir it into your soup/chili/stew. Mix thoroughly because once it hits the warmth of the soup it will instantly thicken it. You can add more or less per your licking, but start with a small as stated above, otherwise you'll end up with gravy. Haha it does not change the taste at all, just the thickness.

You inspired me to make a soup while watching, love your videos!

I’ve been trying to train myself to hang my clothes up immediately as I take them off so I have put two hooks on, the back of my closet door, so when I take something out of the closet I put the hangers on the hooks or my bed so when it’s time to take off whatever I’m wearing for the day, the hangers are right there for a quick grab, and I am more apt to hang up my clothes, instead of throwing it on the floor and I can just stick it back in the closet immediately. maybe that would help for a quick little fix to keep your room tidy? ❤😎❤️

As you were chopping the jalapenos, I was literally thinking about the incident you had back is few years ago. It made me smile when a minute late you mentioned it while washing your hands. After watching you go through that, I don't chop them without gloves on. As a contact wearer myself, that is not something I want to experience.

I totally remember when you burned your eyes from the oils in your hands. I am glad you called your Dad because the virtual...you usually get a medal sent to you BUT you dont get to run with all the others. Its a different feeling to be at an actual race and running with all the others and then crossing that finish line. A complete sense of accomplishment :)

A good tip for washing hands after spicy stuff- - put some salt in your damp hands; scrub a few seconds then rinse, then put some cinnamon and scrub your hands a few seconds then rinse. No more spicy fingers and your hands smell good. I’m from New Orleans and its how we wash our hands after eating boiled seafood ✨

Lol Tara with the alpacas was everything🦙 The sauce is pronounced wister sheer. My uncle had it on every single meal when i was growing up, because smoking killed his tastebuds. He also got dementia and died, so there’s that. 😂

As far as books, I just found out there is a fourth book in the Hunger Games Series!! I’ll be ordering that soon!
