Kuch baatein aapki ekdum correct hain but kuch points incorrect bhi hain. Price wise if you compare it with any approved villa or independent house you will find it full value for money. Possession is within 18 months as per the developer. Units are 128. Rest everything is there in the video. Thanks for connecting, it's a value addition to this video 👍

Yes it's available. Metro is not near but at a distance of around 17km at Electronic City Noida and also at Shaheed Sthal Ghaziabad
