Welcome back to my team career mode? I think you mean driver career mode man those 4 daily uploads this week has fried this poor man’s brain. Also that’s a bug where you won’t be able to talk to your engineer. Also on pc randomly the game will start taking screenshots all on its own no idea why.

Try using hotlap during the race. I never see you use any other ERS modes besides medium and overtake. It will help on pace
