I really like the idea of putting more things in containers. Especially for fruits and veggies since they like to water and make your fridge sticky. I also think if you got a good reusable egg container you might be able to take that to the store or to the farmer's market and avoid those non-reusable ones. I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen and I really like these fridge ideas. My fridge is a mess most of the time and I forget things and they go bad...overall not good.

Love those bottles for the milk and juice. Can you please share where you got those?

I love these motivational videos, however though I am single I cannot wrap my head around where to start first from home organization, to meal preparation. This video is great!! I'm moving to a smaller apartment in a month's time, and the new fridge will be about half the size of my current one. I'm for sure taking some of these tips with me! Also, you have a lovely, soothing voice!

Nikki, I love how organized and keep your fridge. I am really embarrassed at how messy mine gets. I end up wasting a lot of food because I don't even know what I have. I also think prepping is key, so thanks for that gem. I love salad and need to eat better. This will help me accomplish eating better, not being wasteful and not eating out. I need to buy a salad spinner for sure. This will help me clean and dry my lettuce/ spinach as soon as I get home from shopping. This is the 6th time I am watching your video to mimic your fridge. This helps me keep mine straight and no wastage. In mine I place a lot of glass containers because we cook for two to three days. The good thing about the glass containers everyone could see everything. There are no waste. Thanks again keep up the good work.

I already have most of these things here at home, and thought that I would dive in and fix my fridge. it is not as gorgeous as yours, but it is nice and clean and has so much more space. I was also inspired to tackle the pantry. that was harder and more time consuming but it too is done. Thanks for the inspiration.

I am curious what would happen if you didn't keep meat and taters in your fridge. Wouldn't he HAVE to eat better?

Your fridge is beautiful but you're breaking my heart putting your tomatoes in the cold! LOL! Put those beauties in a sunny windowsill. Cold can make them mealy and just mutes their flavor. Cut tomatoes and tomatoes you'll be cooking with are fine in the cold. But if you're eating them raw you won't regret giving them that extra boost of sunshine.

Must agree strongly Nikki. You do everything beautifully, but I must also stress that putting tomatoes in the fridge removes the flavor. That's a big "no-no" I just wanted to share with you. It also changes the consistency, but the biggest drawback is that the flavor is essentially gone after being in the fridge. However, the lady who suggested the sunny windowsill is also really not correct either. Room temp is best to keep them from going bad as quickly as they would baking in the sun. Otherwise, everything you do is great Nikki! Keep up the great work because I thoroughly enjoy your fantastic videos!
