yeah bro it's possible if we utilize the rotation of turbine for electricity generation at one end and other end to pump shaft and drive the out flown water again back to the tank

Imagine the bottle being a lake and connecting an alternator with a shaft to the Pelton turbine. That's a way to make electricity.

It feels very sad to see grown up youth in our country taking pride in making projects fit for 5 year Olds. Shame on abysmal grants and fundings made to our research institutes.
