@angcil88 I don't. We grew pessimistic and lost hope for the future with everything going on. It's good to hold to some of that spark of youth and reignite out hope and passion. If not for our own sake. Then at least to those that come after us and under our care. You are strong and you got this.

Time really keeps flying by. I remember listening to this on my walk to go study one night in Auburn for that impossible physics class. It is so insane to think that was 8 years ago now. To anybody reading this, enjoy life to the fullest. In a blink, you’ll be older and graduated and in the real world before you know it.

This song never fails to boost my spirits. Eureka Seven was a great anime, and Homemade Kazoku created a great song to go with it.

Full year after this comment, still listening regularly. Saw Eureka Seven back in 2013 and was instantly hooked. Homemade Kazoku, you guys rock!

I love this kind of rap, it's just free & flowy bars. No drugs, no hate, no hoe or sexual or anything negative in their message when they rap. Just positive energy vibes. I rarely find this kind of rap songs in this current generation.

Maybe you're just not looking in the right place? Rap is an incredible art form and there's so much good stuff out there! To get an incredible sample of it, you can see a lot from a bunch of different artists by listening to the Spider-Man Into The Spider-Verse soundtrack! It's a good place to start :)

I remember seeing bits and pieces of E7 on adult swim on nights I couldn't sleep and would just turn on the TV... Years later I forgot what it was but saw a picture of Eureka, and decided to watch Eureka 7 from start to finish... Best way to get into anime

EUREKA 7!!!!! Ugh the memories...

I can't believe it has been so long. I came here the first time because of a guy who made comics of twewy and used this as one of his endings in the 2000's

This chorus is really touching... " This melody playing right now will remind you (Back in the days) Memories... all used to shine brightly only (So) You've gotta remember I still have in my hands a fragment of my dream Like those days A glowing boy heart " The cultural difference is so interesting... When I see this kind of "wholesome/aware" rap-like music here in Brasil or in the West in general, its usually some message about how drugs are bad (e.g.: Ilusão - Alok, Hariel). But when it comes to Japan, its frequently about fighting depression and keeping the flame of your dreams burning. Like in this Shounen Heart.

The bass and organ are as deep as acid jazz - which inspired persona 5. Though the trumpets are more like persona 4. And of course the rap gives more of a persona 3 feel.
