Normal Red Chili - 3 pcs
Kashmiri Chili - 5 pcs
Water - ½ cup
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Onion - 1 pc (medium size - rough cutting)

Spring Onion - 4 stocks (chopped cutting)

All Purpose Flour [Maida] - 2 cups
Oil - 1 ½ tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Mamos Fillings:
Chicken Thighs (boneless) - ½ kg
Ginger - 1 medium size
Garlic - 4 pcs
For Marination:
Soya Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Small Cumin Powder - ½ teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1 teaspoon
For Dip Preparation:
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon
Soya Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon

കൊറേ വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് മുന്നേ ദുബായിൽ ഒരു ഫുഡ്ഫെസ്റ്റിവലിൽ വച്ചാണ് ഞാൻ മോമോസ് taste ചെയ്യുന്നത്. പിന്നെ ഞാൻ അതിന്റെ recepie കണ്ടുപിടിച്ചു ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി. വീട്ടിൽ എല്ലാവരുടെയും favourite ആണ്. ഇപ്പൊ ഇഫ്താർ ന്റെ main dish ആണ്. Steamed ആയത് കൊണ്ടു തന്നെ healthy ആണ്. 😋
