On a positive note, one can tell that your home is going to be beautiful, you have a great taste in style and decor, But honestly wooden floor is very sensitive, wouldnt put it in the laundry room, cause there will always be water spilling on the floor. It's better installed in the bedrooms.

Thanks for the tips! I did consider this but we live in a very cold area near a River so tiles were not an option ☹️

I love how lit the house is already... 😀 Its a reno era mtakabawo. Also changing flooring in all the rooms kwam and making feature walls too.
