I'm glad I found this video, my grandma is in it. I think I was 6 when they came to our house to film it, so I barely remember it. I think I still have the VHS copy somewhere...

The film forgot to mention my uncle who returned to Ct as a hero. His name was Clayton Rollins Jr. He escaped the Bataan Death March.

The Military-Industrial-Complex made huge profits from the war.

Sadly at this time the nation began borrowing to pay for all this defense spending. Today the debt is 123 trillion dollars. People were used to the good times and lived in debt.
