Nice reaction to a great group of guys. From left to right...Rob Lundquist...with glasses, Tenor, from Minnesota...Austin Brown High Tenor from Georgia...Tim Foust, Bass and more, from Southeast Texas... left to right in the back...Adam Chance (goes by Chance) Baritone/Bass, from Alabama...Adam Rupp, beatboxer/percussionist, from Minnesota. You will see Chris Rupp wears cowboy hat or cap. He is Adam R. brother. They formed Home Free in 2000. Chris left to go on his own and doing well. Just some info. to maybe help a bit.

The best acapella harmonies in the business. My favorite video they have is a cover of Trace Adkins "I can't outrun you"...their harmonies are on incredible display of that one.

Check out their cover of "When A Man Loves a Woman" for something different, but equally impressive. That was Adam Rupp - beatboxer/percussionist extraordinaire playing the infamous "nomonica" and Adam "Chance" making the jaw harp sound at the beginning and end of the video. These guys are the real deal! Btw, fans of Home Free are called home fries. 🍟Thanks Jamie.

This group kept producing music videos during the lockdown when they were hundreds of miles apart turning their homes into recording studios and learning to film themselves. They sang everything from inspirational to funny And they kept their music at the same level of quality. They are truly a great bunch of guys besides being extraordinary artists with nearly 200 videos

One epic song they do that showcases all of their solo talents (as well as great harmony) is "American Pie," with the original artist, Don McLean, himself. I'd also recommend their piece with Kenny Rogers, "Children, Go Where I Send Thee": southern gospel that will make you want to dance.

Home Free is the real deal. They are an “a cappella” band and all are tremendously talented. They can all sing and all take the lead depending on the song. The beatboxer is the best in the business. They sing all genres of music.

I think that's the earliest I've seen the Home Free smile appear. They are amazing, aren't they. Such beautiful voices in perfect harmony and the best vocal percussionist out there. And you have so much music to discover. I will just suggest two - The Driver and Helplessly Hoping. Enjoy the ride.

You have just been introduced to the best a cappella group out there. These guys are all so talented. They lean towards country but they can do any genre. They all can take the lead depending on whos voice is best for the song. They are known for their tight harmonies. Tim Foust is one of the best bass singers out there & their beatboxer vocal percussionist Adam Rupp can simulate any sound. This song is very old & is done in the bluegrass country style. It was used in the movie "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" starring George Clooney.

Good reaction! Home Free bills themselves as a country a capella group, but they sing all genres. HF recommendations: Sea Shanty Medley, When A Man Loves A Woman, Elvira, How Great Thou Art, Listen To The Music, Folsom Prison Blues, Brothers In Arms... so many good ones! Welcome to the deep HF rabbit hole 🕳!

These guys have hundreds of songs in their catalog and they are all good. Have fun going down the rabbit hole. If they ever use instruments, they will show them. Check out Working For A Living and they will introduce themselves.

I am already subscribed for your Pentatonix reactions. Home Free, Pentatonix, and VoicePlay are the big three a cappella bands. There is also Voctave and The Bass Gang. All of the music is good.

When Tim (the bass singer) ends his verse and the others join in he drops another octave! Most people don’t hear it. Tim has a 5 octave range so he can go super low & up in the tenor range. He can go so low that he occasionally blows speakers!

Great Reaction!! The group started in 2001 by brothers Chris and Adam Rupp They are the only country Aappella group but they can honestly sing any genre and they do They won The Sing Off season 4 2013 that's where they became very popular. Fans of Home Free are known as Home Fries and are very loyal to the guys. Adam Rupp: Beatboxer Extraordinaire -Tenor can make any sound imaginable (A whole drum kit, harmonicia (his Nomonica we call it )plane flyovers, trains, castanets, bugs ,birds etc). Co founder from Mankato Minnesota. Rob Lundquist :Lead tenor(beard and glasses) very soulful voice from Minneapolis,Minnesota Tim Foust :Bass (had long dark hair now short with grey ) 5+ octave range can go so low he blows speakers or sky high from Nederland,Texas Austin.Brown:High Tenor ( Long wavy hair ) voice of an angel from Tifton Georgia. Adam Chance(Aka Chance):Baritone/Bass deep, rich voice(Does the juice harp in Man Of Constant Sorrow) has short dark hair short beard from Baldwin County,Alabama.Replaced Chris Rupp ( Adams Brother and co founder)in 2016 There is no lead singer they each sing the song ( except Adam the beatboxer) to see who’s voice or voices suits it the best. Adam can sing but he prefers beatboxing to hear him sing listen to How Great Thou Art or kzread.info/dash/bejne/haFl2sqSisy5orA.html They have collaborated with many great singers and legends Don McLean:American Pie Oak Ridge Boys:Elvira Kenny Rodgers:Children Go Where I Send Thee Billy Gilman:One Voice Alabama:Christmas In Dixie Lee Greenwood/ The United States Air Force Band :God Bless The USA Any many more. They have a very large playlist of covers and Original songs End of the Road: Boyz 2 Men cover When A Loves A Woman Road Sweet Road (original) Dive Bar Saints (Original) Helplessly Hoping (5 part harmony) Listen To The Music Butts Melody/ Remix ( hilarious) Mayday(DON’T WATCH TILL YOU ARE VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE GROUP AND THEIR RANGES ) There's not a song that you pick from their 155 + catalog that is bad I haven't found one yet. They are just funny, down to earth, humble nice guys.Sorry for the long read

Try One-Man Band, In The Blood, and Amazing Grace if harmony is what you like. They are all lead singers....depends on the song. They also do a lot of their own writing. So Long Dixie is a nice example. Have fun with Home Free. And you'll get more subscribers (like me) when you do.
