The background vocals are just so good they sound like a band with "real" instruments. I am finding that I prefer their no instrument covers of songs more than the original. You pay more attention to the lyrics.

I'm the same way. Like with Born in the USA how many people didn't know the words (except the chorus) but when they sang it we listened to the words

@@staceysmith8173 plus their visuals in Born in the USA also brought the lyrics to the forefront. Besides their musical talent the people around them from production and video are top notch.

For another fun cover of Ed Sheeran listen to “thinking out loud and let’s get it on mashup”!! For other Home Free mash ups listen to “country fried pop medley”...Fishing in the Dark /Boondocks!! Nice Reaction!!

Those high notes from Austin give me chills down my spine. They grab you from the beginning of this song !!!!

Now you should check a live video of this...they show how they use a looper for some of the repeating sounds! I've seen it live....its really interesting and awesone of course!

That's why we love our guys! You can never be sure who's going to take the lead or if they're going to share the lead. For that matter, you can never tell for certain that Tim and Chance are going to "stay in their lanes" After watching a large portion of their music well over 100 times from watching reactions, I still don't get tired of the songs! Also some of Adam's Very cool as Tom walks thru how/why at the start of the song. I love this one and In the Blood. Wow! Another more serious great song. Take a listen to Chance doing the full lead and the video is a tear-jerker, Can't Outrun You. Another wow! Then go quick to a fun happy one! lol. Maybe you could check Austin's and Chance's KZread channels! Chance only has music videos (one short one) the latest one is an original and definitely worth checking out! Austin has many covers and originals and let me tell you, they are awesome!! This is such a great cover! The guys know how to make a song sound so full with their harmonies, percussion, and bass. Then other sounds are added to add dimension! They are my favorite A cappella group!

Well..country music is all about story telling..and Ed is a master at that! Doesn’t it make you wish you could be singing in this group?😏
