My 6 yr old nephew couldn't wait to show his dad (whose a drummer) Adam playing the invisible drums. His dad who can be kind of snobby about music was even impressed at how realistic he sounded. LOL The man is PHENOMENAL and just constantly continues to perfect his craft. Not to mention he has a beautiful voice.

Adam actually learned how to play drums which is why the physical movements he's making are what a drummer would actually be doing. He also plays trumpet which I guess explains his incredible breath control.

@@drieuxkoeppel8152 And he just keeps getting better!! It's going to be hard for anyone to ever say they're better than he is. I saw a video of an asian teenager trying to imitate this video but you could see them getting so frustrated because they couldn't do a section nearly as long as he could. Had to comment and give them some encouragement and remind them how long he's been doing this and the fact that they wanted to be as good as him was a great compliment to not just his talent but his hard work.

For me, Adam Rupp is the best. He's just inhumanely good. Not only with his vocal percussion, but with all his unbelievably good vocal sounds. What I also love is the movements he makes. There are even more newer videos where you can hear and see that it has gotten even better, though here you think it's almost impossible that it could get any better.

Adam not only can doing the vocal percussion, but he has a beautiful singing voice also.. He is trained in playing trumpet too.. I had a FanPak time with him last year.. I asked if he ever gets lost in his routine, and he said he didn't get lost but he does play off of the audience sometimes.. I heard it in this video when the guy said Yeah and Adam played off of that.. He has such a unique talent.. He tried to tell me that anyone can do that, but I don't agree..

Now you understand why we love our Adam Rupp so much. In my opinion, he is the G.O.A.T. I have watched his various solo videos hundreds of times and haven't been bored yet. He does a solo set at each live show and people have recorded them and posted them on You Tube. This is an old one. He's even better now. He uses a looper and creates beat boxing "symphonies" (as I like to call them), that are just spectacular. You should check them out if you want your socks knocked off all over again. He has been perfecting his craft for 20 years and it shows. He could easily rest on his accomplishments, but he's always adding to his skills. The other guys in Home Free can do some basic beat boxing, but not even close to Adam's skill level. Loved your reaction. He's so damned good, you will probably still forget there aren't any percussion instruments in their songs. Then you'll remember and be amazed all over again.

Love Adam Rupp & his insane talent. He is the best out there in my opinion. He simulates the sounds of a drum perfectly. Many drummers have commented on how good he is. He sounds so realistic. His breath control must be crazy. I heard he makes the sounds both while inhaling & exhaling. This was a few years ago & hard to believe but he is even better now. Adam is the glue that holds Home Free together. He is their secret weapon which other a cappella groups can't match.

Nothing blows my mind as experiencing Home Free live, even at my 18th Home Free show I'm still in awe with all of them and all their talents. They constantly evolve and grow their skills and this was 7 years ago, he's even more insane now. I can't wait for them to come back to Europe. They are hinting at Spring next year! I usually travel from country to country to see them as many times I can while they are here.

I just saw Home Free live a few weeks ago in concert, and it was just amazing! And Adam did a 10-15 part in the show by himself, and he definitely had some new things and some really cool parts I would have never thought possible by one human! Seeing a video and seeing people react to his talent is so fun, but seeing him live?!? Nothing compares, it was absolutely amazing. I was completely e thrilled the entire show but could barely sit still during the drum solo Adam blew me away.

Unforgettable feeling when Tim rattles the seats and blows subwoofers! He goes so low. its almost unhuman....and the drum solo is phenomenal. Adam Rupp is truly gifted...actually - they all are! Their rendition of "How great thou art" is my favorite rendition of that song of all time. Their covers of "Mayday" and "Blue ain't your color" are also excellent! Rob (bearded one) has lead on "Blue ain't your color" and his voice is like butter!
