The baby delivery one on the Amy Schumer episode, the one on the Emma Thompson episode about two generations of motherhood, and the recent one on the Benedict Cumberbatch episode where a mom lectures her daughter on underage drinking, but we see flashbacks of the mom being a drunk party girl in the 1990s while her mom (Kate McKinnon) was a David Bowie fangirl in the 1970s.

After watching Eddie host the show, the thing that impressed me the most was how well he worked with the current cast. It was like they had been working together for years.

This shows u why Eddie’s still the best. Check this out: He takes a 35 year lay off from live sketch TV. He comes back, KILLS IT, and gives SNL it’s best and highest rated show in years. This is why Eddie can be described in one word: LEGEND.

My family. By which I mean my long term boyfriend's family. There's no kids. The grandkids live far away. Everyone gets along really well. Even the shy,quiet cousin has been coming out of her shell. There are often other guests. Single, older people. I'm the youngest in my mid fifties. It's nice, quiet happy. I'm very lucky as my family of origin was deeply messed up and there were always drunken arguments and resentment around. Gifts got broken, more resentment created.

Eddie is such a distinguished comedian, professionally hilarious.

I have not watched SNL for several years. .......wait.....EDDIE is HOSTING????????????????? DAMN! I know the grandkids are just gonna be too young to watch this with me. My hubby passed away 3 months ago, so there I sat watching Eddie on SNL all by myself, and laughing total for hour and a half.

Truest family dinner ever

Top ten skits SNL all time. Being real and not necessarily poltically correct is hilarious. The contrast between the family being phony at dinner and showing actual real family reality side by side, classic. All the actors were great of course Eddie Murphy kills all the reactions seemed so real. Ive watched 20 times still cracking up.

Eddie Murphy, one of a kind. That look when he was called dad, only Eddie could pull off the subtlety. Genius.
