No shoes in the house except bedroom slippers that are not worn outside. I think shoes in the house is unsanitary.

i think having the living room with a high ceiling is more important than the dining room

My Family always takes their shoes off. It's part of our culture.

Hi Chuckit, I prefer the wide as well. This is my best home so far because no much glass everywhere, it looks very child friendly and safe. The best part is the Master bedroom,I like the fact that it's upstairs. Great work,keep it up.

Love the home. I definitely prefer the wide lens. I also like the fact that the home does have 2 laundry rooms; one on the first floor and another on the second floor; even though the second one is a lot smaller.

The big closet is definitely hers! Playing, share the big closet and use the other for shoes. I’d add a pool to this house and add lighter colors

I always have shoes off for as long as possible then I add socks during cold weather..in NW.. raised in So Calif was barefoot almost year-round.. except coldest days. (You asked for answer...lol.) But yeah I definitely appreciate cushioned surfaces!

Nice, large and roomy. Everyone will have their own space.

Wide angle, it gives a better perspective of being in the house. It also reduces motion sickness. I'm not sure why the home needs two laundry rooms. If anything It would be great if they kept the downstairs laundry room but put the upstairs one in the master closet as long as they have room for it.

Wide angle lens, for sure! I always wear shoes in the house. I don't like walking around barefoot, LOL

Beautiful home. The long closet definitely hers! Also, I would prefer the half walls upstairs to be railings instead, that would make a pop! Stones in each bathroom are too dark for my taste. Also, we DO NOT wear shoes past the door.

They can definitely share that big closet and put shoes + purses in the smaller one. This is a beautiful home but the dark tile in the shower /bathrooms make them feel a lot smaller.

All a/c must install that filter dryer, it helps to take out moisture & particle in system.

I’m n an apartment and everybody knows it’s a shoeless apartment lol I have really nice rugs

IMO, for Real Estate Wide Angle lenses work better than a normal lens, even with the linear distortion.

We didn’t notice it too much on this video but sometimes on past videos... the wide angle distorted so much we couldn’t tell if the house was crooked or if it was the camera. Most recently it was the empty huge house by the gate... built in the 90’s ...the two times... from 2 different directions you panned up to the staircase the top wall/steps railing looked really crooked. Also around the pool/hot tub area it looked crooked.

I agree it almost made me sickie feeling. Almost fisheye effect. I had to look away a lot to get my eyesight realined....lol Love your videos, you do an amazing job. Mostly very professional....but the rest is so cute you get a pass. Thank you for doing these, I hope you are making a bundle.

Wide angle for sure . A place this size should have at least a 1/2 bath for almost every room AND a toilet at one end of that LONG master closet . Two toilets for the master is a must for this size home imo . MAYBE his and HIS Chakits . lol Over all I like this place .

Entirely too much wasted space here! Sliding closet doors feature cheap looking round hand holds! For this price, should have pool! Best feature for me was that gorgeous kitchen island! Loved the shape and texture and colors! By the way, why are the bath tubs being put in front of huge windows now? I am in love with you and this channel, you do a FABULOUSLY FABULOUS JOB? 🤗🤗🤗🤗

This house is better than the other houses that be 1 million or 1.5 million he be shown.

I think I prefer the narrow lense because it doesn't cut off the top part of the house. The wide angle is nice but on a close up or say view of kitchen you can't see how far cabinets go up. This house is dark without the lifts on

We wear shoes in the first floor (tile). We take off our shoes before going upstairs (carpet). By the way, thy balcony is nice but I would close it off (if possible) and expand the Master Bedroom.

The kitchen is beautiful tho. I like the colour. I would prefer if the fake grass is Real grass. So that i can do gardening there. And i would change the chandelier to a bigger one to enlive the room more.

The big one would be the women's, because she has a lot more shoes and all her hand bags. Shoes off at the door, and I like this lens better. It gives a more realistic view, so you can see the real size of the room. Not that fisheye look. I really like your video's! Thanks for filming.

i'm from the carribean n we do not wear shoes in houses for any reason,,if we are leaving home shoes gets put on by the door when we come in shoes off by the door,u pick them up n put them away

I like the wide angle lens better

heya Chakits!! Okay...so you asked for it!... 1. Overall I prefer the wide angle lens because it shows the rooms off better...however I still contend the narrow lens shows detail better (like when you are showing the paint on the walls, the detail of the cabinetry, etc) - but overall... use the wide angle 2. The closet situation... I would say I get the larger closet...however...she would not only used the larger closet (and fill it) and then take over some of the smaller closet that she originally said I could use. 3. I have a pair of shoes that are strictly for in the house (not slippers). The reason I advocate wear shoes indoors, is that walking barefoot (or even in socks) actually damages your carpets over time and shows more wear and tear. The oils from your feet gets into the carpet...the dirt (dust and soil and other stuff) gets into the piles of the carpet and sticks there because of the oil. The dirt acts like sandpaper...wearing away at your carpet. If you wear shoes then this won't happen and your carpets will last longer. I used to be a carpet cleaner at one time, which is why I know. Good showing!! Its a great home.
