Ohh, picking up some great tips and resources here. That Technology Triumphs looks great! So cool that your son wants to edit and is pursuing that. Great to see you back on youtube!

Thank you 😊. Defintely worth having a look at Technology Triumphs, Millie really enjoys it and takes in some great facts too! Teddie has always had a love for technology and it’s great that home Ed allows us to adapt his learning around this!

How old was your children when you started home educating? Or have they never been to school? I deregistered to home educate my 6 year old in February. She liked doing workbooks at first and Mathseeds online but she doesn't really want to do that anymore. She has a weekly art lesson on Outschool as she loves drawing, but do you have any tips on encouraging some maths and English that isn't just pen to paper? X

Hi. Thanks for the comment. We started home educating when they were 5, 8 and 10. Millie wasn’t a fan of maths for a while and I just pulled back on it, sitting and doing a very small amount of bookwork a couple of time a week - We used the scholastic ones. We spent most of the time doing crafts, interest based work and recently maths just seems to have clicked with her 😊 So maybe just concentrate on what your daughter is interested in for a while and have another go at the workbooks in a couple of months, just a little at a time xx

No, unfortunately I still don’t drive so have to rely on a combination of Leigh (around his work) and the bus at the moment. xx
