I bought that same canvas but mine had small dots missing color. As I was choosing one at Target they were all discolored in some way so I grabbed the lesser of the selection. Return it

I really think you did a great job with this haul. The canvas reminds me of the light of Christ shining through, which is being positive as the way we look at things. Especially where you have it because it’s not busy in the area with other things.

Leave the defect on your picture. It looks like a subtitle cross shining in the sky. Almost like telling you that He is always there. 😂 It could look totally different in person, but that is what I saw on the video. Loved all your new items.

I think canisters in the living room is totally fine. Canisters can be used for many things and they don’t look like they are particularly designed for a kitchen or bathroom. If you used some hot glue to attach a wood piece to the top of them, they’d also look like pumpkins. 😂😊 A couple years ago I got some flameless candles that are made with real wax. I also decided it was worth it to get rechargeable batteries so that I could feel free to use the candles often without feeling like I was spending a ton of money on batteries. It was an initial investment, but not too bad. It was so worth it to me because particularly in the fall and winter, we prefer to use lots of low cozy lights in our living room. Just thought I’d share. You got some beautiful decor pieces Crystal!

Hi Crystal! Back again. If I would have known sooner, I definitely would have bought that Walmart bookcase in black. Anyhow everything from Studio McGee I love for this Fall! I did buy some decor items, a pillow, but then when I saw the two you showed I just bought them too. With Target Circle Days you can get one pillow and the other 1/2 off. I also have had many things shipped from Target come to me broken/damaged. I'm just not sure how hard it is to pack something appropriately. I ordered that Mountain decor book. I actually do look at the books (lol) but I do have quite a few that I need to look through! I love it though....takes the place of all of the decor magazines I used to buy....and now those same magazines are $12-$20 each. You can buy a good decor book for that price. I'm going to take Fourth decor down this weekend. I'm not going to lie, I'm getting a little tense thinking of Fall decorating because it's such a huge undertaking for me to decorate both home and studio, I just need a break before I can look forward to it. I usually start mid August as it takes me so long to do both places. And talk to me about Christmas, and I'll freak out right how! 🤣

It's refreshing to hear your opinion of the battery operated candles. Yes, I have them, but never liked them (thanks, influencers) Don't even put batteries in them anymore because it's just not cost effective. Love all your new decor items, you have great taste!

Love the decor. I bought the utensil caddy a few weeks ago but instead of using it for utensils, I placed sunscreen, sunglasses, portable speaker and so forth in it to take it to our pool area. We don't sit it where it will get wet but it keeps everything handy.

Great haul love the pillows

We humans are never satisfied. When it's freezing, we wish summer would get here. Once summer gets here, we're already talking about we wish fall would get here, and we want to decorate. Lol. I guess it's just human nature❤. Definitely return that print. Things are too expensive to not get what you paid for, and you didn't pay for flaws.

Fix the flaw with rubbing either different colored shoe polish to blend it in or stain. Use your finger covered with a cloth and use a few different colors.

I had the exact same flaw on mine. I used the twist up crayola colored pencils to fix it.

I am not a pillow person. But the ones you have picked up will go anywhere in your home. That is a very pretty pumpkin, it's going to go anywhere when you begin to fall decorate. Hard to believe that we are talking "fall" already and I've seen all sorts of fall stuff already, next will be Christmas. Not a fan of books either as decor but I guess others are. You have some great finds.

Your house is so beautiful Crystal! I love your decorating videos. I would try magic eraser (carefully), or even a tiny brush and some acyclic paints, but maybe order another one and then return the damaged one once the one new arrives. They have a great return policy at Target. Good luck!

Great haul, Crystal! I love everything you got. The pillows are beautiful and you can justify it by the covers coming off. The painting is gorgeous. I also purchased a few of the pieces you did.

The only worse flaw would be an actual hole! Definitely return it!

I'm not sure if you can fix that painting. Honestly I'd return it and get another one.

Use acrylic paint to fix your canvas art. Mix two or three colors that match the colors around the flaw and dab the paint on the flaw and blend it into the painting.

Those ribbed candles are stunning! I also love the arched bookcase and would snag that in a hot minute, except that I have absolutely nowhere to put it! I'm decluttering for a downsizing move later in the year and although I think I know how I want to decorate the next house, I don't want to add to my "pile of stuff" at this time. Love all the items you picked up. I recently ordered some coffee table books from Amazon..but some I got used. I am cheap that way. Most were in good shape for styling with. One I had to glue some paper back down but it's all good now. I went from tons of candles to burn to battery operated because my husband don't like the open flame. But it's alright. I still use some candles around and he is good with that. Enjoyed the video and all of your haul. I can relate getting items that can be possibly used for longer times in the year. ❤❤
