Thank you for this video and for all your tips and info. I am a small home embroiderer thinking of making the jump to a multi needle machine and I am bingewatching your videos now 😁 Where do your get the Happy Japan machines from in the UK?

Loved your video and subscribed! You're going into the nitty-gritty of embroidering and the chalenges when new to the business and technical stuff. I'm at a similar point, too but I'm not as confident to go into the social media area. So I'm informed and impressed by your video! :-) I have a 15 needle Ricoma now for 10 month and I'm now uprading to the magnetic hoops to embroider blanks. Before I only did ITH wich needed a size which isn't available as a magnetic (410x575). So now it's new tension, new backing, maybe new topping, new digitizing.... 🤯

Hello thank you for your comment! Social media is so hard! and I find I go for weeks without posting consistently - I really feel like it's the hardest part of building a business. Magnetic hoops are the best, they have seriously changed my life and made it so much easier to embroider onto thicker materials. Typically the larger the hoop the harder it is to stabilise so I bought some thicker backing material for when I use my big magnetic hoop

Hi! I don't know the answer to this question but I know it can be done. You need to use a software called Happy Link. Try contacting your local Happy Japan supplier they should be able to tell you more or they might tell you to go directly to Happy Japan manufacturer

You're part of the reason I ended up getting a Happy! Could you show us how close you can get to the brim on hats on the Hcs2? The closest i could get is .8 inches away but i think I'm being a little too cautious

Hi! I will try and show this in a future video although I don't have any plans to embroider on caps at the moment as I have a bit of a love hate relationship with them. I also have this issue though, it all comes down to how you hoop the hat vs. where the brim of the hat begins - on some hats like the beechfield B10 I can get close to the brim, on others not so much.
