After 23 years of working out at almost every gym in my area, i started working out at home last year when covid started, and i don't think i will ever go back to a public gym again. No traffic, no time issues, no crowd, l can work our shirtless, dont have to hear that horrible god awful music they play, no membership fees, don't have to wipe off someone elses sweat off the benches. Just weights all over the place. LOVE IT! And love your videos Jay even more, thank you so much for being total class! And my favorite body part to train is SHOULDERS. I love that over head pressing feeling, and they always respond really well. Arms (Bi's/Tri's) are my 2nd favorite.

Jaye is so down to earth. My son and I met him at the 2019 Arnold and he couldn't have been more friendly. I also had him do a Cameo for my son's birthday and he loved it. These videos inspire all of us late 40s guys to keep pushing at the gym. Thanks !

Thank you very much for the inspirational videos, Jay. I am a 57 year old recreational bodybuilder who has lifted weights since I was 14 years old. Your videos give me the inspiration, interest and energy to keep going. I’ve had some tough days dealing with my teenage daughter’s mental health issues but you give me the mental toughness to keep going and push through the tough times. All the best and may God bless you.

Thanks for all the effort and great video's guys, every day i get home from work, Jay Cutler TV is the first thing i go to. These video's give me the motivation i sometimes need to keep pushing hard for the results and growth i want to achieve. I have two questions maybe for an upcoming Q & A with Dave & Jay, ' What is the motivational tools you have or use on days you might be feeling a little flat or uninterested' ?. Also, ' Do you think the Olympia can still go ahead this year when some competitors may not have access to the gym's and equipment needed to compete at this level'? Big shout out here from Adelaide, South Australia.

The lockdown coupled with coming off of a seven month layoff due to surgery, everyday I training has been amazing. Thank you for the motivation! The content that you, Dave, and all the other contribute is great. P.S. I have a huge sports collection of autographed memorabilia with tons of legends. A pair of Jay Cutler Otomix would look great in there. A legend with the legends.

I was diagnosed with a heart condition in 2009 not knowing how long i had to live and jay cutler motivated me to be the best i can while I am here. I got into bodybuilding because of you man. The way you lift to your business practices i use daily. Went from a 90 pound wuss to a 210 pound head turner. Jay cutler has and always will be my daily motivation. You kept me alive man. I appreciate everything you've done for this sport and more importantly people that need or want motivation from a true human in all aspects of life. Thank you jay!

I still remember the first time i met jay in madrid, back on the 12th of october 2013 like it was yesterday. He was there just after his last olympia and the queue was huge. When i made it to him, my batteries on the camera just died... I changed them and still didn't work, so i asked someone in the audience to take me the shot on their phone. Jay was waiting there telling me not to worry about it. I met him 5 more times after, and i was still as excited as on day one, as i'll always be getting to see Jay again. I hope all those people who pressed" dislike" could read this and let me tell you... I met all the guys a dozens of times:Arnold, Ronnie, Phil, kai, Dorian, Flex, Kevin, Shawn, Dexter etc. but there's no one like Jay!

Now that my gym opened I can do more, not that I didn't get good workouts at home, but with legs most people don't have access to leg presses, so you limited with what you can do with dumbbells and resistant bands. Jay, I can relate very much relate to "fear of getting old" as you mentioned, and am a good bit older than you. I'm a long time "non competitive bodybuilder" (about 40 years), who people always think I'm much younger, but am now 60 years old! This age is honestly "scary to me" but I do my best to not think about it and like you feel a lot younger. It truly seems like " a min ago" I was your age! Anyway, I really enjoy all the content you and Dave put together, i.e., the Garage series, regular training video's, and Q and Jay, especially during this time of isolation/staying in more. They are all very informative, insightful and some laughs! I really appreciate you giving back and all your time trying to help people. I wanted to mention I previously lived in San Diego and trained at Gold's (which became World and now noticed in your video's 'The Gym') Gym "back in the day" when it was actually next door in a strip plaza, before moving to current location. I know Rick and Brad pretty well, and watching your training videos there from a year ago or so, really brings back fond memories. I, like you, love the West coast ( I now live in OH) and plan to return. Sorry this was so long but wanted very much to convey all this. Thank you and keep up the great and positive work!

My favorite body part to train is my biceps. They respond very well, and I can always get a good pump. I choose which body part I train based on how I feel. Love the content, strive to be better every day, and have a great day.
