I love this story! It reminded me of a divine moment in 1993 just after I was saved and received the gift of the Holy Spirit. I was at home with my husband and the Lord spoke a clear word to me to call my mom in Wyoming and that He had something to tell her. I called her right away. My brother Michael answered the phone and he already had been filled with the Holy Spirit at my church in Texas. He said what's up? I said the Lord told me to call Mom. I heard her in the background say who is it. He said it's Lisa. And out of her mouth came "I asked Jesus today if He was real would He give me a sign?" Michael said the phone is for you! I said Mom, that's all that came out in English. I spoke in tongues for the first time to her on the phone and the Lord gave the interpretation through me to her. He said" I heard your cry today child and I saw your tears. I love you come to me I am your Savior Jesus and I love you!" My mom was so ready for Him that she received the word, moved to Texas the next week and received the filling of the Holy Spirit, and was delivered from alcoholism too! He is so faithful trust Him when He is speaking to you!

I experienced something similar. I had just been born again and filled with the Holy Spirit, and my friend and I were walking home from church after a night service. We had to pass through some dark path which was close to a cemetery, as we walked and discussed about the service I could see a woman at a distance coming towards us. She was very unkempt and looked like someone who was mentalky disabled. It was a bit scary. As we walked towards her ( she was on our pathway) we split to allow her pass in the middle of us, she stopped about 5 feet away with eyes open wide and suddenly dashed towards me. I FROZE INSTANTLY WITH FEAR! I was in shock, helpless and numb. All of a sudden I feel a wave coming over me and my right hand lifted up and touched the chest of the advancing woman. Out of my mouth came a deep voice with boldness "in the name of Jesus Christ!". I was conscious of what was happening but it felt like I was a 'third-party' just observing. This woman (i now believe was possessed) just froze after my touch and stared at me sternly but immobilized. The feeling of fear suddenly fell off me and I walked away to catch up with my friend. As we walked I turned back to see she was still forzen at that spot but after a while she was released and started following us again but this time at a distance and then we didnt see her again. My friend later on asked why I changed my voice, I told him IT WASNT ME WHO SPOKE! I still remember this experience and its one of my most treasured testimony about how real Jesus is and he is always with us. Blessings.

I used to be a counselor for a suicide and crisis prevention line. I had to go through intense training. I reached a point in my counseling journey in which I realized I was no longer the one speaking to the callers in dire need of help. Words of wisdom were coming from my mouth, but it was not me speaking. I know for certain it was the Holy Spirit speaking through me to reach them. Sometimes when I’d leave my shift, I’d be astonished at what had transpired. God will use you for His Will. Keep in prayer, serve others and ask for God’s Will to be done.

I'm so glad to hear you no longer counsel the depressed and despondent. Any "professional" given the task of treating the unstable and depressed needs their wits about them. You certainly sound like you may have been under the influence while calming suicidal people. You obviously were not focused and lucid while on duty.

I believe this, wisdom does not come from us. Years ago I called a suicide help line, and would never do it again. The person was obviously just making fun of people who wished they were dead and did not care what people had bern through. I know someone else who got a degree in mental health, so he could brain his way into self care, not because he wanted to help. He really thought he was quite an intellectual and if anyone else had problems, it was because they weren't as smart as he is. Whereas I know people who are not braggarts or abusive, but they are very helpful indeed. Probably just as smart, too.

@@t-bonewtf actually I went on to counsel at other organizations and people asked to speak specifically with me. I was never under the influence nor unfocused. I was a very skilled, compassionate, and professionally trained counselor, but I noticed that after years of counseling, I was able to share profound comfort and wisdom. I am grateful for this gift and I believe it was given to me by the Holy Spirit. I was fully conscious and aware of what I was saying, but in retrospect I sometimes wondered where this profound wisdom came from. These were crisis situations. I suppose if you’ve not experienced something like what I’m describing, you would not understand. I am grateful that the Holy Spirit used me as a vessel to help people.

I found out a few years ago that my daughter's best friend gave her a set of tarot cards. I told my daughter that they were demonic and that she needed to get rid of them, but she didn't want to because they were a gift from her best friend. I prayed for her daily as she was dealing with major depression, anxiety, and struggles in other areas of her life. My daughter informed me last week that she threw the cards in the trash. I can't thank Jesus enough for what he is doing for my family and I.

Someone witchcraft an older relative of mine to get contributions to a charity that was connected to a Christian denomination. It worked for a while, she'd write checks past her balance every month. Pretty soon her kids had to have a talk with her and took away her checkbook. She had to get permission to use it after that. She had been a drinker for a number of years, and an extraordinary hater. But she happened to write out the sinners prayer just before she died. She loved getting things in the mail. Edit: Also, after a while she quit smoking, which had been a habit since college at least, and later quit the booze.

Please pray for my daughter Tiffany. She is grown now, learned the truth about Jesus when growing up, yet is caught up into the occult. Thank you for your prayers.

My son is out of being transgender! ... he has turned back to the Lord. He still needs healing from some of the residue of darkness this left in his life. He is seeking. We didn't speak for 10 years. My heart is full of joy for him. It was prophecied when he was 13 years old that he would be like David. I know beyond a doubt God is going to use him. Your testimony is wonderful. I have had moments of fear but God would be bold in me. Thank you for explaining those feelings so well when fear is there yet something from (Holy Spirit) is stronger than your fear. I want to tell parents to tell their kids when they receive the lie about being trans. Tell them you love them and it is not God's plan for their lives. Everyone thought I should just accept this and call them by the name satan gave them. I told my son I would never do this. He didn't speak for all those years and I missed him a lot. But I never gave in to the lie from satan ( I don't cap satans name, he is not worthy) Pray for him to fulfill his destiny. He is going to serve the Lord!!! This testimony was so worth watching! I prayed over a meal at a restaurant the man at the table with us suddenly started stabbing the table. Screaming she was praying. I got his son out and sd it will be ok. I prayed. He had been a preacher. The drs put him on drugs. I believe he forgot and it triggered deep within him God's love. He changed his life after that went to rehab. The paramedic kept say we are brothers in Christ. God speaks in wonderful ways. Bless all of you doing the good work we are called for❤

We mothers are always praying. We pray that we would have these children we then pray all their childhood, but then teenage and young adulthood season begins and we pray like their lives depend on it because they do…their temporal and eternal lives. Never stop praying 🙏 and intensify your prayers once your kids are no longer kids… especially in these times! Thank God this young man obeyed Holy Spirit and that he had built up a magnificent relationship and discipline of praying and fellowshipping with Him and… thank God for this mothers’ prayers… God also would’ve pursued the other 9 in His timing and ways.

I pray for my adult children and my grandchildren and their significant others every day. I don't know how much time every day I pray, but I pray in the spirit to Jesus and to God as often as possible throughout my day. For that is my source of relief, comfort, and love. I look forward to the moments every day. When I commune with the Lord. Those are my happiest times so I can just relax at his feet. Worship and love him, and thank him for not only his love, but for how much I truly love him!!! My Lord, my savior, my best friend, redeemer, tower, sanctuary, big brother, Father, and creator who holds us in his hands!

Wow, your testimony remind me of how God used me to go and rescue His daughter from an initiation school for sangomas. And He delivered and healed her completely, God used me to pray and deliver her sister who wanted to sacrifice her to the devil but she was not interested God or being born again. She was attending a Christian church but was lurke warm and a witch. Her sister became angry with me and told the sister who was delivered from the sangoma initiation school to let me go. And all of them told me that I was forcing them to repent and that they didn't want to repent and that I should leave their house. After 3 months God came to me and told me that I sent you but they rejected you and me. And now I'm going to remove my protection and her enemies are going to kill her. God continued to say that even if you pray for her I won't answer your prayer. I then asked my cousin sister to pray for her but God did not answer and she died after 3 days after God told me that He is removing His protection from her. I pray that God grant everyone who is not born again a gift of repentance. Amen.

Went to a church where the pastor preacher about God saying if there were ten good men in Sodom and Gomorrah, god told Abraham he would not destroy the city or cities. There were other times right around then that the passage was mentioned. And shortly later the church was vandalized, people broke in and desecrated things (really gross, so I won't say it all). Shortly later their one good minister died, a little young. The Holy Spirit had been there but they were still fairly worldly and lukewarm. Their denomination was known to be cultish, abusing some members a lot. I didn't realize at the time since I was raised in it, what they were like. All I can say is, stir up the Spirit, that is like stirring the coals and adding more fuel. I hope I learn better to accept it when God says, forget about those people and come out from among them. I did, but still hoped for them. I should not have bothered, but I had a lot of repressed memories to deal with and I was darned slow.

True. Several times I have seen people break down crying so hard as God's spirit touches them and starts creating something new/good.

I thought about my daughter who made a voodoo doll from my old jeans. When I found it, I considered it as just the materials they were and threw it out, figuring that God was more powerful than voodoo. Backtracking a few years, I had what was diagnosed as a pinched nerve, when she was five. He father had a friend who’s daughter was into witchcraft. Another friend of hers was raised in New Age, as I think back. I believe there’s witchcraft in our clan. I think my pain was something more than just a herniated disc… God separated us years ago, but she’s increasingly on my mind for prayer. I’d be glad if anyone else will pray for her (Diana) in particular, as well as extended family.

Beautiful bro! Tears of joy. This gives me hope. I have got two beautiful daughters and two stepchildren who are not walking with the Lord. Prayers are ongoing. Following a mental breakdown (spiritual attack I believe) I was delivered from ancestral lodge involvement and divination last year and went from being under a "major depressive disorder" to healed overnight. Med people cannot explain what happened but you and I know! Praise God I am alive physically and more spiritually alive than ever. Precious blood of Jesus over you and yours. Dave. New Zealand.

Brian, Thanks for this wonderful an inspiring story. I have had a similar Holy Spirit led experience although not as dramatic as this. This emphasises the importance of parents praying for wayward children. The Holy Spirit choose you because of your constant routines of being in His presence and your availability to be used. Also the Holy Spirit answers prayers of sinners for salvation. You must feel on top of the world to be used in this way by The Holy Spirit. That was exactly how I felt when I was used to answer a precise prayer of a homeless man who asked God to send someone to come and preach the gospel to him within 3 days in the City Centre of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. I appeared on the third day to the isolated place where he was sitting alone. I was supposed to drive to Manchester for my evangelistic work on that day but I took the wrong exit an ended up in Liverpool. He had given up hope that God would send someone to him. It was the best day of my evangelistic life when he narrated to me why he believed that God sent me to him. I few minutes before then I was doubting the usefulness of my ministry of going to city centres and preaching one to one to homeless people and giving them money gifts. I felt I was floating in the air as I walked away from him after leading him to the Lord. If God can use me in this way, believe me, He can use anyone including you. Just make yourself available to Him.

If you spend time with The Holy Spirit, be consistent in doing whatever you can do for Him, He will use you for His purpose perhaps in a different but equally effective way.

This is amazing...while we are growing spiritualy God is teaching us and guiding us the main thing we as believers must do is stay faithful and obedience to God

The Lord saved me as a 17 year old boy on Sunday October 31, 1971, yes Halloween night, at Plymouth Wesleyan Church In Plymouth, MI. It was the best thing thing that ever happened to me! Romans 10:9-10 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

This is an amazing testimony of God's grace & his love. This mother's prayers were answered. Praise the Lord. Thank you for sharing this message. May the Lord Jesus continue to use you for his glory. I'm inspired by your prayer life. I've been praying in tongues more & more these days.

Thank you for sharing your story. I've experienced the same types of appointments...not nearly as dramatic though. I by chance met a woman in a hotel parking lot in NC she also was raised in a Pentecostal family and was saved and had the gift of tongues her name was Chrystal. She was in her 40's and had the craziest story I had ever heard, in short she'd rebelled against God and had gone astray. Basically after hearing her testimony and how messed up her life was, the message the Lord gave to her through me was that she was experiencing all of this trouble because of sin and not living according to the word. The message was to repent and break off ungodly relationships. I have no way of knowing if she did, she was from Tampa FL and I am from Ohio. I remember thinking why couldn't you find someone to speak to this woman other than me from so far away? I don't know why and probably never will on this side of death.

She may have needed someone to unburden herself to. She already knows about God and the things of God, just needed to finish the turnaround on the way back.

Thank you for the story, for the encouragement, and for reminding us that is is not us; but the Holy Spirit who plans all this encounters, and opens our mouth to say a word in season that will bless the hearers, and transform their life supernaturally. Yes, the Holy Spirit is the Evangelist. Wow! What a story!!!! My heart is pounding with excitement about how the Homy Spirit works. Wow!!!

Amen!!! God doesn’t deal in time that’s why you can lose track of it when you’re with Him. I always love to hear how God sets things up - mind blowing. I’m praying also that God uses us and that we will be willing vessels regardless of how we feel or think. In Jesus Christ name I pray. Amen.

Yes! This is the testimony of the Spirit of the Lord. He does all things well!

That is beautiful and I really needed to hear the message you gave and I receive it! 🙏 I have been struggling today with how painful the heart can be! I feel so deeply and I love so deeply but it makes me so vulnerable to pain when I see the ones I love going through things that I am not able to change. I can only pray for God to fix it and I am so often overwhelmed by the quick response to my prayers and I see Him beginning to move. But I have a hard time getting into the Holy Place because I am overwhelmed by the feeling of intense sadness and I pull away. My sister told me that someone told her that it is the awe of His Holiness that makes you want to weep but to me it feels like I am just so hopelessly unworthy and messed up to unwind the mess of myself and my failures that I just don’t know what to do. So I usually just ask for forgiveness and help to do better and thank Him for all the blessings and end it. I wish I could get past this pain I feel and have the experiences that people talk about where I feel great love towards and from God but I hate the feeling that my heart is going to explode or break so much! 😢

I just want you to know that you are safe in the shadow of Gods wings… I know you feel like you’re going to explode if you draw near to Him, but you won’t… He is the safest person who’s arms you can fall into, and He won’t let you go when you are so vulnerable… He wants you to go to Him as a child, and to tell Him of all of your pain… He is our Abba Father, and is a perfect Father, who loves you more than an earthly father can… When I was saved 30yrs ago, I came to the Lord with much damage and baggage, and began to cry uncontrollably during every single church service, as well as at home, whenever I listened to Gospel music or read Christian material… I said to myself “Are these tears ever going to stop?” …. A few weeks later, as I cried at the front of church, a woman spoke to me from the crowd and said “Your tears are going to dry up”… I was amazed at that, and yes they eventually did dry up… It was not safe for me to cry as a child, nor to show any form of emotion. So I had 27 yrs worth of built up emotion, from terror to major depression (including now diagnosed Complex PTSD). I went into marriage with those emotions unchecked, and only the Lord helped me through that. Being married to an alcoholic added heartache upon heartache… The Lord is the only one I can lean on and trust, and I want you to know that He will not fall! He can hold you up, and you will not fall ❤️ God bless you as you learn to lean on Him 🙏 Love from Australia ❤

Although we sometimes feel fear, “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of love, power and a sound mind” 2 Timothy 1:7. It’s awesome how powerful God is that He can still work through us (strong faith) regardless of that spirit of fear. God will empty you out of all that binds you and fill you up with His love. He will not leave you empty.❤

That helplessness and unworthiness you sometimes feel in the presence of the Lord is rooted in shame. I break that off of you in the name of Jesus. Know that God has already forgiven you for whatever you’ve done, He is just waiting for you to forgive yourself. When the Lord is present, move closer to Him, don’t move away. He has come to take that burden you’ve been holding. Give it to Him. I’d like to add that you should consider deliverance. There could be a spiritual tie that has yet to be broken. Receive your gift of healing, and be free! Sending lots of love and prayer. Be blessed, my sister!

I feel like the tears were "Travailing in the Spirit", sirt if like tears of childbirth, that turn to laughter and joy shortly. Not always immediately. But that's probably why the Bible says it is better to weep than to laugh.

That was awesome and it spoke to me. About 10 years ago I divorced my husband because he was a brutal narcissistic. I didn’t believe in divorce that’s why I stuck it out for 18 years. But it messed me up and towards the end I got so I’d rather die. The enemy tries to remind of those horrible days. The last whisper was, you had it so bad and God still wants you to praise him. I got on my knees and did just that praise him. During those horrible years though God revealed himself to me in such dynamic ways, I got to know Him and how He works, he defended me, I saw miracles and had many encounters with him. Today listening to this video encouraged me, I feel it’s disarmed the enemies whispering to try to make me deny Jesus which is of course what he wants for all believers in Christ. Today the enemy has no more power bringing my past up. Awesome ❤

Just saw Brian on Sid Roth and now he has popped up on my youtube recommends, interest what Brian said about faith, he said along the lines of "how much faith did Lazarus have" just struck me as profound! we have to pray for even people who might not want to or be able to have faith themselves. Praise Jesus.

How can dead people have faith? 😅 We are dead in our trespasses and sin. Of course God has to awaken our hearts by grace with His Spirit before we can have faith. I completely agree we have to pray for these people. May the gospel be shared and God glorified.

Thank you for your story. I have been praying to God for 2 missing children. They touched my heart so deeply. God did indeed speak to me, even telling me and showing me these children. One is alive, I seen her and was told where she is. The other has passed but I know where he was placed. God wanted me to tell, he wouldn't give me any peace till I did. I have been trying to tell the authorities and any one who will listen. As soon as I say GOD told me they roll there eyes or laugh. I don't know what is more disappointing....there reaction to me or their inability to believe in the Lord and that he does speak to us. I keep praying for an answer as to what to do, how to get someone to listen but....
