Liliac is an amazing young band. Their Dio cover of Holy Diver is 4 years old so they are a little more mature now, especially Ethan on Bass and Justin on Keys. Abigail is on drums, Sam is lead guitar and Melody is the voice! They have amazing Original music and Covers. They have a lot to choose from. ! Yes they are siblings. G,day from Australia, and welcome to the phenomenon known as Liliac, a family of brothers and sisters who are heading for mega stardom, this tribute cover was released in 2019 and their age's at the time ranged from 11 yrs to 20 yrs and they were veteran artists even then having played semi professional since 2014 . They all play multiple instruments, and all have talents other than music . The band is fiercely independent managed and produced by their dad, known as papa Liliac . Don't make the mistake a lot of reactors do and put them in the cover band category, although I've never heard any band that can perform covers as well as they can (some of which are better than the original), they have a playlist of over 3 dozen original songs that are simply amazing . Some suggestions, and it really doesn't matter what you react to as everything on their vast playlist is outstanding, would be , (tribute covers,) DIO'S, LAST IN LINE! Joan Jett's HATE MYSELF for loving you! Whitestripes SEVEN NATION ARMY or Mettalica's ENTER SANDMAN, original suggestions would be MARS , DEAR FATHER, NOTHING, NOT AFRAID, and CAROUSEL ,all these songs will give you an over view of what they are capable of, but if you don't do anything else you must check out their latest release of a Christmas song only 4 weeks ago called CAROL OF THE BELLS which has over 190,000 views in that short period of time, and it's a seasonal song . Thanks for the shout out and for reacting to this great young family band. I've been a fan or ( fang ) of theirs since they first released videos on KZread of them performing on Santa Monica Pier. This video is from 2019 and at the time the approximate ages of the band members was Sanuel: lead guitar = 20, Abigail: drums = 19, Melody: lead singer = 18, Ethan: bass guitar = 13 and Justin: keyboard = 12. Most of their covers are from 1980s metal and some of their originals have that sound as well. I recommend Sail Away, Dear Father and the live performance Mars where Samuel really shows off his guitar skills. Watching from Paducah, Texas. and by the way you shouldn't have copyright problems with Liliac videos. They like reactors.

They play other instruments as well. Melody, lead vocals plays bass and flute. Sam, the lead guitarist also plays violin, Abigail the drummer also plays accordion, Ethan who’s the bass player also can play guitar and is currently learning drums, and Justin the keyboardist is learning guitar. They are brothers and sisters and started performing on the Santa Monica Pier in 2015 to get accustomed to playing in front of live audiences. Justin the youngest was only eight at that time. They originally played covers and released three albums of those and since have released three albums of originals. Recently they released the first cover they’ve done in awhile, Heaven and Hell, originally by Black Sabbath when Ronnie James Dio was the lead singer. Any of their videos is definitely worth viewing, whether it’s a cover or an original. If you want to see an amazing early original, Mars (live in Cumming, GA) begins with an incredible guitar solo by Sam. ​​@@grandparentsreactThis is really good info. Here's a little more for you. The band name is the Romanian word for "bat" and the reason is twofold. First, it's Romanian because both parents are from Romania (though they actually met after they'd both moved to the US). Second, Floren (aka Papa Liliac) grew up in the Transylvania region quite near Vlad Dracul's actual castle, and when you add to that the fact that they started off playing a ton of Ozzy/Sabbath/Dio genre covers and called their style "vamp metal", the bat name makes perfect sense. Jan is absolutely right that Mars live in Cummins, GA, is an original that will blow your mind and, to get a feel for how versatile they are you should watch their cover of Joplin's Piece of My Heart from the same show. If you're Janis fans at all, you'll be absolutely amazed. As you get into the band more, that's one thing you're going to notice. They can (and literally do) do it all. Everything from Megadeth to Joan Jett to the White Stripes to Nirvana, and then some, and they do it all remarkably well. You're probably going to fall down the rabbit hole here, but don't worry. There's a lot of great music there to cushion your fall. As the band says, Rock on and Rock Hard!

Hello my new friends. Welcome to the World of Liliac. This is a family affair. They busked on the Santa Monica pier for 5 years very young. This is younger Liliac. The 2 youngest were single digits starting up. MeloDia found DIO at age 15. He is her main inspiration. No one covers DIO quite like Liliac. Vinny Appice (Black Sabbath/DIO drummer) has said that she is the reincarnation of a female DIO. Check out his Sabbath Knights show with her singing Country Girl live. Or GoDpsLive Batio-Appice-Sarzo-Cristea singing Call to Arms. I love seeing her with Clasic rockers ad well as the family. Newest release is a cover of Sabbaths Heaven and Hell for future shock. They have 1 EP and 2 full albums of originals. It's always a mix with them like the pier. I support 3 bands all from different genres and countries. 5 brother an sisters, a family band. This was a Dio song, Ronnie James Dio's solo band from the early 80's. These kids are so good, this was 4 or 5 years ago, there older now, and they just keep getting better as they older, so do some Liliac, the fangs will follow along and watch. RO&RH
