You uttered the perfect response to those that state " All is needed is to believe? That is too easy" !! It is condemned as "Easy believism" But you just wrote: "I cannot believe what Christ" has done fror ME!! The "easiness is what makes it 'unbelievable"!! and SPECIAL. YOU GOT IT!! You own what "many wise men have wanted"!

This is a BAD translation! It uses the word, “Pride”, many times to describe the attitude of the apostle / writer. This word is not used in better versions. Mark 7:21-23, counts PRIDE as an EVIL THOUGHT 💭 that comes out of an evil heart.
