Is it just me but if Charles wasn’t a police officer and just an office worker, would he be fired immediately considering how he has no boundaries?

This is a common complaint about this show and while I agree with the point that you're trying to make, at the same time it's a comedy. Look at "The Office". That has exactly what you're describing with characters such as Dwight, Michael, and even Jim, yet none of them get fired either (yes Michael is the boss but he's still accountable to corporate and I'm sure he would be ousted if he was a real person).

I couldn’t put my finger on what creeped me out about him since episode 1. It’s that, most of his actions and dialogue are insane violations of personal boundaries

What I’m trying to say is that he is a work horse and doesn’t slump and goes out in the field which are great qualities of a police officer but if he wasn’t a cop, he wouldn’t use those skills in a office setting and the highlights about him are that he shows no boundaries, like his interference with Jake and Amy, but he just wanted Jake to be happy. I’m far from saying he’s a bad character especially if you consider how parks and recreation is mainly focus on harassing co-workers

I relate to Boyle because he doesn't realise lines, same as me. I don't mean to cross boundaries but I do and then learn from those mistakes I make. He does the same thing, I'd say, and I think that matters. Plus it seems that his co workers kind of just push it aside as he is a genuinely good person

The next Charles video should be Charles Boyle: Everybody’s Twin. And it would be 1. Charles and Amy wearing the same outfit 2. Charles wearing suspenders and clothes like Terry 3. Having a beard like Terry 4. Charles getting tips after Jake came back from Witness Protection. Unfortunately most of these scene involve him getting bashed in some way.

I think you could make a pretty good case for Joe Lo Truglio being the best performer in the show. His character has perhaps the most range of any of them... from furious squash player to sexually confusing lothario to weird little anxious guy... He's great.
