Kiara stumbles upon a village, and initially thinks nothing of it. Upon closer inspection, though, it seems that some shady individuals have made their stay there. And in a similar fashion, Fauna also stumbles upon a shady merchant, this time even shadier and outside of the confines of a settlement.
What do they even have the guillotines there for? They're just here to sell illegal products. They don't even sell Pal parts, only whole, still living Pals. And even then, Pal parts seem to spawn even when you catch them, so killing them or knocking them out is completely unneccesary, especially with how cheap Pal spheres are and how profitable selling them off alive is. I guess it's better not to think too hard about this stuff...

What's crazy is that the actual german pronunciation of the word is closer to the english pronunciation than what she said
palworld: have fun with petting your pals! dance with them! also palworld: due to some cruel twist of god and fate, this creature is now eternally screaming in pain
Scariest thing about that guillotine is how small the hole is.
