In this Davinci resolve tutorial I'll share with you how to display a screencast or any other video as an hologram effect. We'll use transparency, glow, and colored drop shadow to create this effect.
I've provided timestamps so you can easily jump between sections:
00:00 - Intro
00:10 - What you need to create this effect
00:30 - Create the fusion composition
01:15 - Reducing opacity of the screencast
02:00 - Change the perspective of the screencast
02:45 - Create the border of the hologram
03:30 - Add a glow effect
04:15 - Animation of the hologram

These are so powerful, thanks for making them, easy to follow, nicely paced. Not sure if you have done a tutorial on making a clip appear as you move through a doorway, or window or some other opening. I fly drones and its a great way for me to move from one clip to another but the transition is poor, i need a good tutorial
great tutorial man!! you just got a new subscriber

Just look for a tutorial on tracking and track the window that you've just created to your arm or phone
Can i somehow preset this, to use it every video?

@@VideoEditorStudio Billy Rybka is a KZread blogger. He also does DaVinci Resolve tutorials. He had a tutorial "How to Make a HOLOGRAM EFFECT In Davinci Resolve 16 - EASY Hologram Tutorial" in 2019. Perhaps "sameh mo" meant that tutorial. But it seems to me that the result in that video does not differ from the result in your video. Maybe Billy Rybka's background texture was a bit different.
Duuuuude that aint hologram.. not by a long shot

In my book that's a clean version of it to easily display information with that kind of look. But I could make in the future a more in depth tutorial using tracking, source ray of light and have some continuous mouvement to it. Let me know if that's something you'll be interested in!

I wanted to watch but I simply can't follow the extremely fast voice. Bummer.
