I love glitter nails so much, I just hate removal. And sadly for me peely base either stays on for five seconds or never comes off at all, there is no in between. But for me the more sparkle the better

Put pads soaked in acetone and polish remover finger clips on it. Wait a couple of minutes and the glitter is gone in one swipe.

I'm the same with peely base coat. I've tried a few and had high hopes for the Holo Taco one, but within 24 hours, all my nails were naked.

Kelli Marissa has a great video on how to remove glitter polish with no/not much scrubbing. It's also great for those highly pigmented colors that turn your fingertips colors as you remove them.

I use a thick coat of essence clear nail polish as a base and it works amazing as a dupe for peely base. It makes it easy to pop off but not untill you want it too.

I remember being shocked she released the frosted metals because I thought they were ugly. Then frozen bananas came out and the nails looked SO shiny with dim lighting for the stream so I finally saw the beauty

glitters are criminally underrated!! personally, my favorite formula bc: -easy to apply (don’t have to worry about streaks/unevenness) -dries fast -DURABILITY!! (barely ever chips) -comes off in one piece w a peel off base coat usually wear cremes (or similarly easy to remove polish) on my right hand, to wear it for honestly, like a month- i really don’t enjoy painting w my opposite hand lol. and i wear glitters on my left :) takes 1,5-2 weeks before the peelies pop, and at that point my nails have grown out so much i should redo them anyway. and then i get to save SO MUCH time on the removal!! just lovely💕

@@yazbasarslan generally just things i’ve picked up from simply’s channel, but i’ll summarize 1) prep: remove/push back cuticles. clean dry oil-free nails. it might help to gently buff your nails so the polish has something to grab onto (i don’t do this but may be useful!) 2)base coat: long lasting obviously lasts longer, but in my experience peel off manicures can last for like 2 weeks, given the right conditions. cremes or ‘thin’ manis tend to chip more w a peel off base coat, while glitters tend to look nice longer and stay in one piece 3) when painting: leave a little gap at the bottom of your nail, so when you put on a top coat it seals in the edges. ALSO! wrap the tip. prevents chipping, and for peel off manis sorta makes it stay on?? idk how to phrase it, but it works 4) top coat: hope i don’t need to explain? of course how you go about your day and what you do w your hands will impact the longevity of your mani, but i think the most important thing is to not pick on your nails- so many of my friends paint their nails and then they scrape it off?? idk but those are my tips :)

I've decided frosted metals just don't photograph well. The formula is one of my favorites and they just look drop dead stunning in person but you try to take a picture and it just won't translate.

Cheap Champagne is so absolutely amazing. The shine is unreal and I fell like people need to try them

The glitter formula is by far my favourite. Ironically especially during summer, bc you have the sun all day to admire the sparkles

Me too! I only recently tried and bought Fake Date and I am SCARED to never have Cold Shoulder or Mint Money ever ;'(. They look so good, and now that I understand the AMAZING metal formula I want want WANT these!!

Mint money is my go to polish and it even shocked me how much I loved it

The Frosted Metals are my favorites! I'd love to have a whole rainbow of them. And the color scheme of the Tea Cremes is perfection, especially paired with Gold Flake Taco. I hope one day we'll get a silver and copper version 👀

No idea why the frosted metals collection didn't do as well. It is one of my favorites. It is like halo, I can get distracted looking at my own nails. I have no idea why with the frosted ones? I think because there is so much depth to them.

Frosted metals TRULY ARE underrated. The photos do not capture their incredible look. The mint green one is perhaps my fav polish of all time. I'm so upset I waited too long to get that collection and missed out on the blue shade :'(

Ooof I really hope that none of the linear holos are ever retired. Holo Taco’s linear holos are some of my favorites, I adore all of them and I’d be a little crushed if they went away. I hope I don’t sound whiny, I just really love all of the linear holos. Also, justice for the holographic glitters!

party punch is the prettiest red ever and i’m usually not a big fan of reds i’m so happy i bought that one! i also kinda want to buy the multichromes especially chameleon coat now i don’t usually have the money to splurge on nail polish but i love holo taco so much it’s the best quality nail polish that i have ilnp is pretty good too in the clouds is one of my favorites and i wear it all the time a more subtle iridescent polish that even elegant ladies can wear ;) i like it bc it’s a pretty lavender and i usually pair it with something else bc it’s a bit boring on its own

I do NOT know why the frosted metals didn’t do well!! They are some of my FAVORITE polishes of all time. The formula is fantastic and I always get so many compliments! I gave my granny a mani with Cheap Champagne to pamper her before she started chemotherapy a few months ago. All the nurses loved her nails! It lasted for for a few weeks without any chipping!

i understand the trend on purple and blues pinks, but people now a days tend to lean more towards on being "unique" thus this so called unpopular shades would definitely rise in a couple of months, because honestly after seeing them i would definitely buy them more than the blues and purple mainly because we just have enough of those on the market! but those holo multi colored oranges yellows and greens are just so unique 🤤🤤
