Palace have BY FAR the best support in the country. Pundits, other fans, commentators constantly refer to Palace fans as a class above any other. And rightly so. Most football chants that other fans sing are nicked from Palace.

Having the best fans in England isnt really an achievement Celtic and rangers fans have the best in Britain

I have been to about 15 different grounds in England, and best home support I have been to was Crystal Palace. And no surprise really is one of the worst home supports I ever been to was a time when I went to Stamford Bridge in a Champions League game, Chelsea support was so bad. It was actually sad to see knowing that once upon a time this club had hard core supporters, and away fans were often feared upon visiting with there Hooligans. Now they are a family day out, sit down and shut up, only make noise when the team scores. The support is a joke now.

There are still hardcore fans.. when we go away we make a lot of noise.. our home support is shocking though.. i think the real fans are just diluted by all the tourists and glory hunters.. its a shame :/

Actually it's piss poor because of people like you who go to games and you don't even support the team (tourists and plastics) and actually having been to both legs against schalke I can say the home support was one of the best I have been too even with just 1 1/2 stands singing.

Adam Chapman except I do make noise, I go to have a good time, banter and a laugh, I don't like sitting down and being quiet, I wasn't even a Chelsea fan but when I was there I cheered them on and made more noise then most of them. Atmosphere still was shockingly bad. I wouldn't make this shit up, I have no reason to pick favourites here, from my experience Stamford Bridge can have a brutal atmosphere at times!

would rather support my local team like palace than support a club like man utd any day!! most top premier league clubs have become tourist day trip stadiums with no passion or atmosphere would hate palace to turn into that!... south londons red n blue army!!!!

I am chelsea fan and I have to say palace are the loudest fans/ firm but we had a great firm in 80s

Thank god someone realised the traditional way of chanting is out of date, not loud and doesn't work anymore. I reckon crystal palace is the only club that could out sing european away fans, and thats coming from me a Liverpool fan

Yep BOLLOCKS. It is definetely not cringeworthy, every other fan base in the world uses a drum so you english lads can stay in the past.
