Perfect for sandwich shops, food courts, caterers, kiosks, concession trailers, convenience stores, shops, delis, or where ever you need to finish bake quickly, easily and economically. Unit is lightweight, and only weighs 77.5 lbs. (installed), which makes it easy to move and relocate. Oven operates very quietly. This model is also designed with future expansion in mind, and is stackable with identical models, using a stacking spacer, (stacking spacer not included). Oven comes with a stainless steel exterior, independently controlled upper and lower high power quartz infrared elements. Quartz infrared heaters provide faster, more consistent heating than traditional heating elements. Easy access side mounted controls with left to right operation. Oven temperatures range from low to 500 degrees. Comes with a separate control for adjustable conveyor speed. Also has adjustable 1-1/2” - 3” inlet/exit openings. Analog controls, 2-12” adjustable legs, and (1) removable crumb tray. It should be noted that this oven was used very lightly in a non-commercial environment, and as a result is in excellent condition, and looks practically brand new.
