@@deanjoubert30 I would say that Hooker is above Venter in the pecking order. I have seen him play in non-televised games too. He is extremely calm. Also, Am is not as quick as he once was. He is probably the slowest back in the Springbok squad. That being said, Am doesn't need speed to win a game.

"I don't think he touches the ball there..." How on earth do they see that when the ball clearly changes trajectory after he tries to grab it. Clear as day. Either way, glad the Sharks finally win something again.

Shark's did tackle well. The wind was strongly against the Sharks in the 1st half and died down soon after half time. So the scrappiness of the first half was much to do with wind conditions. Did you notice how many of the drop kicks tended to find grass, ball was moving around. Even the two Sharks tries, you can see the ball bouncing weirdly due to gusts of wind.

I want the same stuff to smoke like the refs before giving the second Sharks try.

The truth is only the Sharks first try was 100% legitimate the entire match. First Ulster try was probably held up, and the second Ulster try was hands in the ruck/knock on/offside. Keyter's try was a knock. Not sure about Mbonambi try, I need a couple more angles.

@@jameswyatt4443 When we find out groove we will be difficult to stop. Team physical mass is increasing in both conditioning and player transfers. Our backline today had these height numbers: 184 cm, 189 cm, 184 cm, 194 cm, 184 cm, 185 cm, 189 cm. We also have Estherhuizen next year, and he is 193 cm.

17k. Ulster’s stadium can only hold 18k. It just looks bad because the Stadiums in South Africa are all big. Also, this season, the Sharks have had games with over 35k, no one cares about an Ulster game.

Not true, crowd was good. 17k for a team who has lost 10-1 is pretty solid. Also playing against a non-rival team. The stadium is also massive, previous match was sold out.

It's really so funny that the sharks had to go on a buying spree just to get a win. Where the lions stick with you talent that's th3 next generation always been like it. We will yet again see a lions team that will destroy all the springbok teams. It's sad the sharks went to the ends of the world to find them these boks. To prove what exactly? So desperate 😂

Sharks didn't buy many players this season. In fact we have traded away more than traded in over the last 3 years. Much less than the Bulls. The reason is that the Sharks have a lot more attention on them as they have much better social media influence. We have tons of money earned from good business, and player trades. Trading away Kolisi, who we nearly got for free, was amazing - record transfer. The current sharks team isn't that stacked compared to what were used to in the 2010's. The Sharks can only get better, and were unlucky to lose so many...many close losses there. If we win the Challenge Cup, it would be legendary after all the pain of the season.
