    I would love to see this, given that fire is one thing that is done practically a lot of the time because the realism of its motion and color is so hard to capture with visual effects.

    Honestly, the entire series you guys have done with stuntmen reactions etc, has upped my respect for the stunt people in film by at least 100 times. Never enough credit for putting their bodies and their comfort on the line just to entertain judgemental people on their couches at home.

    dont forget stunt women! i work in film and ive seen one dragged headfirst into a door frame on a rope pulled full speed by accident trying to get a shot. they stopped filming for about a half hour which is very rare, but she still came in to work the next day. they are pretty badass, no doubt.

    I just love how they are just so genuine with Clint. Like it's so reassuring to see someone care that much about their work and are even willing to provide an even DO what they are professionals at. Like no bragging or anything at all. Just a really nice and straight to the point crew! I loved the video!

    A) That poor shower after B) Clint you are a stud for sticking through with this and going not once but twice big having never done this before C) Most importantly, thank you Corridor, Eric, and the entire team for showing how this is done, and how it is done the proper safe way. LOVED watching this and the education and class you put on while making this. There was 100% consistency in everything that was repetitive, and it is abundantly clear that Eric and his team are professionals of the HIGHEST caliber.

    The whole stunt crew where amazing, especially eric. There was no pressure at all, super respectful the entire time and totally focused on doing a fantastic and safe job.     From what I know of stuntmen they are not what you think they may be. Reckless adrenaline junkies who want to do crazy shit and capture it on screen. Most professional stuntmen won't do anything more dangerous than walking down the street.

    Yes please and a nice little in between could be the new Dark Crystal series on Netflix. They are using puppets and practical sets in combination with cg critters and beasties and cg sets. It looks amazing. Then they could jump right into the OG Dark Crystal. Maybe they could get a Henson as a guest? Frank Oz? Too rich of a budget?

    @@tonytone4874 Also, the Ripley vs Alien Queen fight. The BTS for that is pretty badass (the queen took like 16 guys to operate), and the film did get the Visual Effects Oscar. And the sound editing one, though that's not exactly relevant.

    I tried to find it, I really did. Stephen Seemayer is his name. I can't find any record of him doing stuntwork. The only film he was involved in that I can find that MIGHT have had such a stunt was Miami Vendetta filmed in 1987. I didn't feel like tracking down the film and watching it for the sake of locating a possible fire stunt.

    I want to say thank you for capturing this process and sharing it with us. This was cathartic to watch. In my youth I was a performer, and my last time performing with fire, was actually my last, because I got badly burned. fortunately I was able to make a full recovery after many months. It was a chapter in my life that was closed abruptly. Again Thank You

    This is what I appreciate so much about stuntmen and women. The more practical the director can use their abilities and prowess the better a film shot can be. Use VFX when necessary, be practical and use all the resources possible before adding in effects. What is also admirable is that when actors ask what can I do to make this scene real from these people, they can help them practice to make it happen.

    I want to congratulate the stuntmen team that were handled with incredible professionalism throughout the experiment. You can see that they make jokes and everything but when is the serious moment, when the issue of setting fire approaches, seriousness is seen on their faces and how they are thinking about all the eventualities that may occur. Congratulations to them and the Corridor Crew.

    Watching this just makes me realise that it's harder than I thought to make this kind of scenes in a movie. When Clint was running on fire, I was so touched by that moment, and I really start to appreciate all the hard work behind scenes that people are risking themselves to make great shots. Thank you for making this video to let me realise, as general public, that we haven't gave enough credit to the technical personnels!

    Absolute top notch crew. The guy who tested the fire extinguisher before the first arm burn just to make sure it would work, showed an excellent knowledge of safety procedure. The whole crew showed so much skill and love for the craft. Great job.

    They're not giving away Oscars for stunts because they don't want to make stunts competitive and incentivize producers and directors pressuring stuntpeople to do crazier and crazier stunts trying to one-up each other. Plus, fuck the Oscars.

    Big shout out to Eric. I love watching videos like this, because what comes across first and foremost is what absolute pros he and his team are.     I love how professional and calm the whole thing was. Eric said it before in one of the stuntmen react videos, and really displayed it here, while the stunts look crazy and chaotic and cool, the stuntmen are calm. The whole thing is prepared specifically to be safe, the stuntmen have either done the stunt itself numerous times or been walked through it, like Clint was with one arm, then one leg, then one arm with a bigger fire. It's neat to see some of the things he was explaining in the react video being actually displayed by such a professional and calm team!
