After smoking for nearly forty years I woke one morning and decided to quit. Just like that, no health scares, I just decided I was tired of the smell, the holes it my clothes and most of all the enormous cost. It’s been 6 months now and I did it all without aids or starting other vices. Now I just hope I can go the rest of the way without serious health problems.

I quit doing drugs. I quit drinking alcohol. Cigarette smoking was the hardest of all my addictions to beat. No joke. I'm so glad I did, though! It's been 6 years
