BUCKMASTER 2.0! But you're killing me with the whole, "no double edge for normal consumers," CJ.

Have you seen the price though on it ? 420 for $800.

Yea dude I threw up my arms like WTF and its 420? Does this guy not know that D/E is legal in many states?
Liking that Buck Magnacut with kydex!
That guy from Buck is very comfortable in his presentation and genuinely funny.
Way to go Buck!!! Looking forward to all those in 2024. Show some more love to the 112 please!
Lee and George are match made in heaven.
Buck is so close with that last model. Happy to see them accept the modern times while also holding onto their heritage.
I don’t get the not for civilian purchase thing. I own several double edge knives. If buck doesn’t want my money I’ll give it another manufacturer

😂 stop crying about a knife you have 0 use for..... You sound stupid
hate to see 7cr on those last ones, but the buckmaster 2.0 is sweet! I was hoping they would be dropping more usa made knives under 100.
$900 for a Buckmaster with 420HC, kydex sheath and G10? Are you kidding me Buck? Seriously, what the hell.

It's limited edition so the Buck Fanboys are going to gobble them up regardless. Everyone wins.

Well and anything that has “Seal” automatically means, once you purchase it, the buyer will also become a Navy Seal. They will also become expert marksman, have served in Panama, Bosnia, Gulf Wars, GWOT, and stared in Act of Valor. So, yeah….LMAO lots of cash 🤣

Just wait by 2030 it will cost a grand. Cause the USA spends money as quick as it comes off the press.
Buck is hitting it outta the park!
I'm planning on getting a buck pursuit to replace my Gerber strong-arm (I don't like how the handle gets sticky when I'm outside in the hot central FL sun)..have you guys done a review of the pursuit and pursuit pro?
Alpha series are nice but I prefer the old Bucklite large/small series which is no longer made. I removed the rubber handles and replaced with hardwood. Works amazingly well.
Just bought a 110 because they started useing ebony again, damn i love it.
560 for that. Geese bucks and Keyshaw got some super expensive shit
I need that magnacut scout !!!

Why no double edge for civilians? That's bs.

That may have been a term of their contract with the military. Were you really going to pay $900 for a double-edged one?

Buck has outdone themselves.
I was hoping for no imports this year.... and all American made... lot's of expensive American made limited stuff... nothing super exciting upon comparison to other companies... makes me a bit sad.
Buck needs to redo the back springs on all there slip joints. They don’t have as good of walk and talk because the springs are too thin. Look at Uncle Henry or Old Timer.
Buck always coming up with new and innovative knives!
I like the new lineup. I’m going to need a banker and a good lawyer.😂😊
Shoot, I’ll edc the 664
Just wish I could afford a trip up there
Hallow all of the way for the 110 and 112
Pass 9n Buck, Civivi and WE can take my money.
I like some buck knives. Mostly the 110, 112, 55, and noblemen. I think Buck could dominate the knife industry by moving away from the crazy buckmaster and towards that titanium 112. Premium steel and ti handles. Don’t change one measurement on the 112 please!
Absolutely!
keep em coming big boy
I love buck all day!!!
I love everything Buck
Buck almost getting with the program

How about 898 series with Magnacut?
Please sign me up for the 839 mini
I love you Buck But 420HC for 800! Out of your mind!
420 and 7cr?
I 😍 buck
I'm old. I'll stick with my 105.
Buckmaster 2.0 is taking mall ninja to the next level. I don’t think anyone thought the original Buckmaster 184 was a dive knife. Buck trying to baffle us with bull 💩. $900 for that? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Do another Mayo collab!!!
I could carry the double edge in my state. I think Buck screwed up on the decision to not sell to civilians. Maybe it’s because military/police deserve the tools they need to defend themselves and others. Surely no civilian would ever need to do that.
Please don't move away from 420! Or hollows for that matter...
$560... $900??? Imports with 7cr steel?? Are you kidding me Buck? I was hoping for something more in the avenue of affordable and American made. Bummed that this is their offering this year.
You can get hand made high quality mid range swords for the price of these knives. LK Chen legit have $400-500 swords…
It's entirely possible they pay SEALs a hell of a lot better than they pay marine corps infantrymen but when I was in the thought of a $900 knife was laughable
Buck Where is the bar locks???
Double edge for the military, not the consumer.... Looks like I'll buy anyone else but Buck

Yep I like my double edge knifes 😊
$64 for a 7cr knife is ridiculous
$560 for a knife. People must be crazy. You can buy a modern firearm for that.
Buck is finally starting to step away from their 420 HC enough to discover new steels. They should have done this a long time ago.

To be fair BUCK 420, is not the same as other people's 420....it's always been a top performer in my collection, I have buck 420 knives that stay in the garage as well. I like their S45vn, and D2 as well. But, I see why they stuck with the old stand by

Back in the 60's Buck shipped 440c knives with cards explaining that softer, more high chrome steel (like 420hc) wasn't used because it doesn't perform adequately. 420hc like its Asian equivalents has a place for extreme corrosion resistance for salt water environments as well as rarely used reliability with good chipping resistance at low prices,, but broadly speaking of performance for a well used tool, I do side with CJ's ancestors.

Unfortunately, like Gerber, they are cheating towards Chinese Cr7 for the budget stuff to sell at Walmart. They need to stay away from the cheap Chinese junk steel. Stay USA made and up the quality even at the cost of quantity produced. Stay away from the Gerber model. Gerber = crap these days.
7cr... Really! And for $65…
Really dropped the ball with trying to show the paklite. Didn't really show it!
@jbman413

I really like the feel of the paklite. I think they would make great boot knifes which is why I bought two. If I can ever get my redwings broke it think I will make a sheave for them. I know the young love the plastic. I just don't like it has much as leather or canvas...
This can be this guys intervention
As long as Buck, a once proud AMERICAN Company, continues to build and sell ANY of their knives with 5Cr, 7Cr, 8Cr, 9Cr, 10Cr, (or even 10,000,000Cr, should it ever exist) I will not buy anything from Buck, and all of my personal Bucks (going all the way back to a 106 axe I got as a Cub Scout in the early 70's) will be retired to a box in my pole barn mourning the death of a declining American knifemaker. Haven't we suffered enough with Schrade, Old Timer, and Uncle Henry?
Guys there’s a fake blade hq account asking for account information lmao don’t fall for it
Did he just say msrp $560 ? What is buck smoking
Buck is now producing high end knives that aren’t worth the price or low end gas station knives
$445 for that knife. Get real.....

They’re just selling the name at this point.
Every day we stray further from the light! Buck making knives no one ask for
In my opinion, Buck is just one cjrb pyrite or Kershaw iridium away from being a real player in the budget space. Would love to see them get there
it seems we both have autism, haven't we?
Not to be that person but hallow?

Hollow grind means concave in shape towards the edge. A lot of Buck knives are ground this way
This company just lost any chance id ever buy anything from them. $900 dollars for shitty steel and not even being able to get a double edged hunk of shit because I am a subject and not a zogbot??? Think fuck you with a B instead of the F
Og buckmaster was hot garbage’ and this new one looks like shit also
Lay off the soy products man.
Honestly Buck needs to catch up their lineup isn't anything to look forward to anymore considering how many heavy hitters are around now. Heritage and reputation can only get you so far!

Real knife people don't buy Buck knives anymore and haven't for a very long time👍
