Maker of hollow blocks here in my place are doing 1000 to 1200 pcs within an 8 hr work

I will agree with you mam that these mixers are good quality but I totally disagree when you said that others are using roofing sheets on their mixers. Why exaggerate if you don’t need to? I haven’t seen these mixers but I can tell that they would last for a long time especially the big mixer because they are built like a RWD vehicle with transmission and differential, which I haven’t seen on any other mixers.

Im not exaggerating, its true some makers use improvised metal sheets for their mixing tub and attached a motor.

@@villagepeoplephilippines they maybe thinner materials like 1/8” or even 1/6” but not roofing sheets which are only 20 to 29 ga in thickness. 20 Ga is only 0.9 mm and that is the thickest roof that you can get. Those will not survive even a day of use, now that is exaggerating. If you can take a picture of any of those mixers that are using that thickness then I will agree with you.

Actually 0.14~2.0 mm Is the thickness of plain metal sheets available for roofing, I used plain 1.2mm on my roof so I am familiar with the product.
