Holiness is the strength of the soul. It comes by faith and through obedience to God's laws and ordinances. God then purifies the heart by faith, and the heart becomes purged from that which is profane and unworthy. When holiness is achieved by conforming to God's will, one knows intuitively that which is wrong and that which is right before the Lord. Holiness speaks when there is silence, encouraging that which is good or reproving that which is wrong.

Pray for this priest. He could turn into a saint. I hope more priests are like him. We don’t need more priests but rather we need more priests conformed to the deposit of the true faith, caring for their flock, zealous for the salvation of souls. Love God and grace abounds.

Very difficult to do. The righteous man falls 7 times a day. Some days you fall on your face in front of God. Other days you fall into the pits of hell. you never know what you will be confronted with but you must come back to the feet of Christ at the foot of the Cross

Let's say an individual has discerned that they are called to the religious life but they can not yet enter but have to wait some time due to circumstances, can they join the Marian third order in the meantime? I believe there is a discernment period... You don't join right away... You discern the third order for about a year.

When u talked of people who have "their idea" of Devotion it is likely False Perfection. My older sister may fall into this category. She has CPTSD due to a tragedy that happened 30 years ago, she prays largely to mitigate having panic attacks. That is not bad in and of itself, but it is barely getting off the ground in the Spiritual Life. This talk is AWESOME. Also check out their KZread and Radio channel.
