This year’s theme: “Scrappy”. We’re repurposing old/broken stuff. Using Xmas fabric scraps to craft stuff. Just throwin’ masses of tangled Christmas lights in the tree and out on the rose bushes.

Same. I normally continue my haunted mansion decor into nightmare before Christmas. But this year I’m keeping it a minimal realistic Harry Potter vibe with stuff I already have.

Spray a sealer on anything with glitter and it keeps the glitter in place. Works like a charm!

Jade I absolutely love your channel you and Mr. skeleton crack me up . OK come on Gwen I watch it all the time! We are also year round Halloween Haunter’s. And we belong to two haunter groups, So CAL Valley Haunters and Cal Haunt Society. We make our own yard displays some of some of us do walk-throughs and mazes as well. We sometimes will pair up with charities depending upon the charity we will either donate, or bring some thing that is for that type of charity, i.e. animal, shelters, and donate for other charities. We have a lot of fun and we also go to a couple of Haunter conventions a year . For Christmas we like to do a middle earth with hobbits elves and fairies and the colors on the tree are purple and green with some purple poinsettia garland and fairies in the tree. We do several different little vignettes throughout the house, mostly middle earth. So that’s what we usually do for the holidays. Not as big as Halloween but still do something. Don’t ever stop this channel. I love it. I have a lot of fun watching it and since you have the same taste that I do, it gives me a heads up as to what’s around during Halloween season.

The Aldi's deer has Jack Skellington vibes.

I’ve had a witchy woodland creature theme the past couple years but I incorporated a lot of candy cane and fruit things into it this year. I used a bunch of the mushroom stuff from Joanne’s last year. My other tree in the formal room is more adult and bougie in subdued aubergine, sage, and gold tones.

During your vlogs I think of so many themes like Hogwarts forbidden forest with the stags, creepy, cold graveyard with reindeer skeletons and Hansel & Gretel’s witch holiday home. Love the inspiration from your vibe!

May I offer a suggestion?.. A wreath on your front door. You could start with one of your black, branch-ey wreaths, stuff it fulla white and/or silver picks, deck with indoor/outdoor white battery lights on a timer and Voila! You're halfway done. From one decorating fiend to another, thank-you for sharing with us. You have taste, style and wonderful stuff.

The Aldi reindeer is Tim Burton vibes and I'm here for it.

This will be my first year doing dark holiday and I'm so excited 😊 I want all the things!

Great haul! I spray stuff that has glitter, sequins etc. with hair spray. Don't get really close or it dims the sparkles.

The black and white striped ornaments makes me think of Beetleguise (1988).

I typically decorate with black, white, other neutrals, metals, and little pops of green. That black ceramic tree from target was one of my first purchases this year! 🖤

I looooove that Reindeer bust from At Home!!! If I wasn't saving right now, I would be hunting for him. I love the tree candle holder as well. At Home is killing it for Christmas this year!

I'm from Texas and in the areas where George Strait is King, I've noticed this year in my area that Especially for Hallows Eve and now For Yule that Black and Gothic design is Extremely popular. Black Trees Black Reindeer and sparkly Ornaments Rule. I personally think that KZread has alot to do with it! I've even seen Black Clothed Santa's online! A few years ago I Myself designed an all black tree with Rock Star Ornaments solid black and silver bulbs, black and silver stars plus clear glass drop ornaments. My Begoth Figurines and Begoth Dolls were invited to deck the table as well, BleedingEdge. My Family and Friends loved it too. I think that You and Arelio Voltaire have to do with alot of fan based decorating as well, Both Of You A-1 and Seasonal Decor Designers have noticed it! Thank You Both! 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

My favorite holiday themes is kinda pastel goth/creepy cute vibes. A lot of iridescent and pearlescent things, glitter is a must always or my silver/white winter wonderland with a lot of metallic/chrome silver, crushed glass, crushed crystal/diamond decor. So freakin' pretty!!!!

I was able to get really good deals on Christmas Trees at the beginning of the year, I got 3, one black 6.5ft for $15, one 6ft green tinsel for $10, and just a regular classic 7ft for $20.. so the green tinsel one is going on my daughter's room as a Grinch themed, and the classic green one I'm putting it in my living room, and I did a Yule/traditional decor with dried oranges

Most people, upon seeing a bunch of deer together, would call it a herd; however, you also could call the group a bunch, a mob, a parcel or a rangale.

For glittery stuff that I can't resist getting I'll spray the crap out of them with spray sealant. It really helps keep the glitter from shedding all over the place

My home is decorated in a more traditional way with bright colors and memory ornaments on the tree. My office at work is black and white with pops of jewel tones, so I get both!

Our living is having a full on dark forest/Krampus vibe this year, the trees from Aldi will be perfect. The guest bath is getting a redo to a year round witchy theme so I'll be adding in some dark foresty decor to it like that white candle holder with the black trees on it you found at At Home, the kitchen usually gets a gingerbread/candy theme but I'm thinking of adding some bats this year.

Outside has a nightmare before Christmas theme including our front door with a Jack Skellington stocking. I have started a peppermint theme for our dining room. Living room doesn't have a theme yet.

I love all the deers and trees 🦌🎄 I mix my decor with a dark theme (bat's, skulls etc) and old decorations that used to belong to my nan, most of them have been decorated into a dark feel because they were faded. Thank you for the video. Take care and stay safe xxxxxx 💜🖤🦇

Yes, I’d love to see a B&BW haul, thanks! Also, if you get a clear acrylic spray at the craft store it’ll help set the glitter on your decor. Krylon makes one that may even be at Home Depot, I’m not sure. It’s also on Amazon. I use that kind of spray on those glittery Dollar Tree decorations. 😊👍

I never really did Christmas last year because of how close to Christmas I moved into my first place and had to prioritise money for household essentials - I had a few bits like a tree, tree skirt and tree decorations, I went with red, orange and gold to match the colours in my living room and then had a mini tree by the door which had black baubles and a UFO on top! I'm moving again this year but picked up stuff to make a more winter wonderland theme (fake snow sheets, icicle lights etc).

It's so funny you posted today, I woke up with your Christmas theme in my head.

Oh so many beautiful things. I do not have Black and White here, but I love it. I have a lot of animals, trees and buildings. And I've got one White area with icebears and stuff, one area with dark red and green with fox, deer and other animals. After watching your channel last year I've been more into decor and ry to match more. So thank you so much! I've been learning a lot for your videos. 🖤 And it also made me more into halloween decor (more than I already was) and I've had have so much fun with it. 🖤

I decorate with a lot of silver and gold. Though last year I started using black and white more. My dining room has red chair cushions so pops of red in the dining room. Haven't been decor hunting just bought some black and white plaid door jinglies at dollar tree.

You can hairspray the glitter cone trees for it to stick!
