I am from Kerala and I love chaat. Unfortunately we don't have many chaat shops here and the ones we have lack the flavour and taste of real chaat. Once I was in Delhi, I had golgappe and the taste still lingers. I really wish I could have something like that here. Your kachori looks awesome.Will sure try this out at home. Thank you.
