Rt56 is pretty unstable especially at ahistorical and because some countries like Venezuela don't have a focus tree you wouldn't be have to deal with Venezuela For focus tree yes generic is simple but usefull. Quickly get factories, manpower and army bonuses. Sometimes simple is better. So please for Peru-Bolivia try vanilla. Peru starts as fascist (non-aligned at rt56) and easily dominate neighbours. Actually you can combine Gran-Colombia and Peru-Bolivia. I know you did Gran-Colombia already but I think you can give it a second chance at vanilla
