Got that right. I just wanted to know if the game plays really well on the switch. But all other reviews keep on doing comparison. Duhh we switch users knew our hardware.😂😂. And it is really funny when most people thought i care about the graphics.

This is giving me a feeling of nostalgia, even though it’s summer now

I'm having a great time with this game and I'm so happy to have it as the Switch is my only console. I have to tear myself away from it to get work done.

The switch is my only console. I very much appreciate your review not constantly comparing this game to the other platforms for 26 minutes straight like everybody else. Really brings down my high on it. Just a standard review appreciate it.

I just picked this up and have no problems with it at all. I feel like so many reviews were telling me to just buy a PS5. I don’t have a PS5 and currently don’t want one. I’m perfectly happy with my Switch and just wanted to be able to experience the game on it, knowing there would be some cutbacks. If I was unaware of the performance on other consoles, I wouldn’t have any issues with this version at all. Which makes comparing them at all entirely unfair to me. The developers took time to make a game that had no business running on the Switch perfectly playable. This game is even more of a miracle than The Witcher 3 on Switch is. I love it!

Bless the Devs for delaying the game for the Switch port! Take that Square! Kingdom Hearts would have been fine if they decided to put the time to port it over instead o the terrible cloud version!

A game this size…in 2023 actually working mostly flawlessly on the 2017 switch. Bloody brilliant. The only comparison anyone should be making is how the f*ck this studio optimized it this well to achieve this. Sorcery… lots of other developers should take note on this… hoping fallout 3 or new Vegas could come to the switch.

There is also no ragdoll physics in the combat on the switch version

Played it on Xbox X and PS5 and wanted it so much for the go on my Switch, I don't regret it because the magic is still the same and graphics alone don't make a game better or worse. What they did, how they did it to bring such a game to an alomost 8 yr old console.. holy shit.. absolutely impressive. Ignore everyone who tells you the game is not good enough on Switch, that is absolutely not true. It's an fantastic game and I love to play in on my Couch or in bed. If someone would've told me this port will be almost flawless, I would've laughed tbh

i got the game on PS4 when it came out and the Dark powers made my game crash 😢 when doing the missing to get the shop i had to reload the game 8 times then i stopped using the Dark powers in that missing and the game did not crash anymore that was my only problem with the game

Well, of course it wont look like the ps5/xbox version. Looks fine to me, dont let these nerds make you fell bad about playing it on switch ;)

It's sad when this games looks better than the pokemon game

I got it on ps4 for the better graphics experience. But now I want it on my switch so I can play it portable and cozy laying in bed haha

Are the extra loading screens a deal breaker? Or a mild annoyance? I haven’t played any version yet, but I knew it was open, but was waiting for the switch version so I wouldn’t have to hog the main tv. So I’m kinda bummed about the extra loading screens.

To me they are definitely an annoyance, but still worth it as I don't have any other gaming consoles and still get to play it.

Great review of Hogwarts Legacy on Switch.

This port reminds me of the 7th generation of consoles. The xbox 360 and ps3 would get these amazing games and the wii would get the butched ps2 version.

The game is on the cartridge itself or would it need to be downloaded?

Even with the Deluxe version there was a sizable download. It never happens anymore that we get a game complete on cartrige.

@@presstheabuttonif you mean garbage pokemon gen 9 they didnt put the gull full game only because they wanted to make their November money cause they went a year without a new game abd couldnt wait ONE MONTH for the part2 dlc to be out to put it in the physical. Complete SCAM cause after 10 years u cant download that anymore so u would have an incomplete game

the devs did an amazing job the people who ported this to switch need a huge raise and double extended holiday lol

surprisingly its on sale for $41.99 in the eshop. for the next 18days anyways.

i have the first Nintendo switch that came out the battery life is ok Skyrim takes the battery down fast and my joycons r trash Nintendo did a bad job making them i quit buying joycons after buying 10 par they suck and the kickstand keeps on coming off 😢😢

At this point the Steam Deck is looking more and more enticing

Too be fair, the switch is pretty old, so the Deck has the advantage here. Both are great, and Nintendo needs to hurry the f up
