Yea I did everything - explore more of the map, pass day/night, took out infamous foes. I thought about checking my OWLS (but only for Sebastian) and then I decided to check some more and found out one of them updated the MSQ Since I ran into that issue I assumed others probably will too so... I made a nice and simple straight-to-the-point video to help out since I'm sure there are going to be more people running into this issue!

You would have thought that anything sent to you in the owl post would show up in your quest log right away.
