I was contemplating to buy a new Airpot to replaced my current unit or considering getting a New Instant Water dispenser... I think my decision is Clear.. 😅 Thk U for Sharing.

I did get a free replacement unit, but had to pay for the shipping fee. Also, the water volume dispensed by the new unit is different than the dead unit. Lol

I got exactly same issue, and the worst case I had used to feed my newborn baby formula milk for one month straight until i realised it burned. Just realised it is a china product, and shopee lazada is run by china chinese. They still insist the product quality is approved and ask to pay again with a small sum for replacement. Cannot find any company info online. They should not allow to heat above certain threshold if it will burnt. Lesson learned, buy product that have certificates by gov or regulator.

i am use after 6 month, one day max 5 time temp 90c, the last use temp 99c 2cup water after did work any more, water still can come out but no more hot.Trying connect the seller shopee for warranty but just got robotic reply.waiting a week no reply at all. lucky see this video open cover press the black batton it work back agian. beware buy HODEKT product that is no more after sales n service.

Good that this video helps. But I would suggest to get ready to buy a better unit. Honestly I doubt the water quality and safety.

Same issue with no real response from seller and shopee taichi of their responsibility but still keep the seller active on their platform even though themselves failed to get seller to respond. Can we bring shopee to tribunal court for false warranty?

Bro, whats the component they used inside? Is it just unlucky or bad quality?

Mine also gone in 2 months. Trying to connect to the seller for warranty but just got robotic reply. No ways to complain to o Lazada for the fake warranty advert also.

Give it up. They replaced mine and burnt in a week.

lol good luck. my replacement unit not only dispenses a different amount of water vs the previous unit, but also started a bit of a burnt smell after just 2 weeks.
