When I’m having a terrible day with my panic disorder and depression, sometimes I just tune into clips of Kelly talking to her guests. I have realized I’m smiling at the end of the video. I don’t even realize when it all changes. I just know the distraction turns my frowns upside down and I’m grateful for the amazing, and uplifting person she is. God Bless You, Kelly!

I hope your journey to a more peaceful physiology comes soon. I m 70. Panic disorder diagnosis at 28. My nervous system calmed quite a bit through my 60’s. In 2018, an eyeball size brain benign tumor was removed from my right temporal lobe. It changed my neurophysiology. Now panic only rears it’s ugly head if I have gut issues, which is very infrequent. Every body is different you may find peace before that. Klonipin and sublingual lorazepam are my meds. I’m weaning off klonipin slowly. I found my root to my world of fear was when I finally recognized my upbringing was extremely toxic, my family continued its toxicity throughout my life. I thought it was normal. I thought I was crazy. That’s my story. You may have a completely different story. Panic attacks are debilitating. Nobody can appreciate the mountain of loss of control you experience physically. When an attack does occur I always sit in front of a blasting fan and pop a 1mg of lorazepam under my tongue. It’s a whole new world having the back up lorazepam. I so hope your day comes soon to feel free from the panic prison. ❤❤❤
