Y’all’s videos are so fun, definitely keep it up! I love your wife’s reactions 😆 We watched this with our 8yo son the other night and when the man said a virgin was someone who’s never lit a candle, our kid screamed “I’M A VIRGIN!” Uhhhhh…you’d better be lol

@@popculturallychallenged I think they showed their past in the beginning to show that she loved her sisters. If she was young but alone life would probably be meaningless. They annoyed her but she still loved them. Plus they were useful too. Sarah luring children and the other smelling. I'm not sure if Winifred could do that. Although their might be a spell. But she would need the book. But she enjoyed doing what they did with their sisters.

@@jacobmichard1229 Yep, you can see in the first movie as well, Winnie always puts herself in front of her sisters, like when they almost get hit by the bus, she pushes them back on the sidewalk. She pulls them when they think they're dying from the burning rain of death, etc.

Did you guys see the extra scene after the end credits?

While I do agree that the original film is such a cult classic and could never be replicated, I quite enjoyed the sequel. I love the origin that we got to see with the sisters, I enjoyed the humor and musical numbers, and I definitely loved how even Winnifred was remorseful for her actions and realized that her lust for power is what destroyed what she loved most. I felt really happy that this time she actually was willing to give it up to be with her sisters instead of fighting against it. I have a theory that if there is a third film, Becca might accidentally bring a more evil and darker villain, my guess is Mother as we see her in bird form. And maybe she needs to light the black flame candle to bring back the Sanderson sisters combat her. Therefore not only do we finally get the Sanderson sisters a redeemed arc, but they would no longer doing, or anti-heroes. They will finally be the heroes. Also, Thor Birch was asked to return for the sequel but couldn’t due to conflicts. So maybe she might could return as her character Dani being an adult and this time her and Winnifred will probably have to work together and put aside their history. 💚❤️💜🕯😅📖👁🧟‍♂️🐈‍⬛

Thanks! We went and watched it tonight! It leaves it open for a 3rd movie. I wonder if they would all come back to do another. They seemed to be having fun with this one!

Yeah, this one wasn't as good, simply because the main 3 teenage characters are so annoying. It's a product of our culture but they feel like an hr department talking about their feelings. In a very robotic way.
