My husband is all about not celebrating valentines day. He thinks it's a dumb made up holiday when we should be showing our love everyday. We celebrated it the first year we were dating. And he does surprise me every year with a small gift or an "I love you day" letter. But we don't make a big deal about it or go out to celebrate it.

I slow cook the pork in the crock pot with bbq sauce I would say 8 hours low for three then high for the rest of the time. Mac and cheese 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp flour Bring to low simmer Whisk Salt pepper to taste garlic power to taste Add in 1-2 cups milk (I add mine gradually) Add in 2 cups cheese I use what ever I have on hand Then add in the pork how ever much you want Keep on low heat Boil your favorite pasta (Save one cup of the starchy pasta water) Add pasta to cheese and pork stir add in reserved pasta water if you need to thin out cheese mixture.

I've been single since 2015... I'd take flowers or chocolate for Valentine's Day... 😅

I allergic to roses also. My ex-husband would get me a silk rose every year in a different colors

We tend to cook a special meal together or pick up carry out for Valentine’s Day we no longer try to go out to dinner - too crowded

I love squishmallows! I use my cow one as a pillow at night because pillows hurt my ears! I have a huge one my son took over and a small kind of flatter one that I use as my pillow! We don’t do much for Valentine’s Day either. We are both sick right now and have work so I made a post for him on Facebook and that’s about it haha! Love the spread as always!

Some of older kits don’t have 3 pages, I can’t remember if she added another page to this one or not… I think it might be the other Valentine’s Day kit that has 3 pages 😊

My husband and I don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day. My dad passed on Valentine’s Day and it just ruined the day for me. However my husband always cooks me a yummy dinner on that day. Plus our wedding anniversary is the 17th so we always do a biggie celebration then.

You say that 2 boxes of valentine’s card are expensive, I have never seen a box of Valentine’s cards in the UK. You have to buy each one £3 plus. However I’ve also never heard of kids giving a card to the whole class so maybe it’s an American thing.

Yes, it came about because it had become something of a popularity contest so then the rule changed to you can pass out valentines but you have to give to the entire class

What state R u in? Ny? I think snow is no more in iowa. Lol its been an easy winter this year

I noticed you don’t take your beans off of your cards do you not do that? I like the Valentine’s Day spread. For some reason since I don’t really celebrate it I did not get that kit. I just decorated the one day.

I do take them off after I use the sheet. I have a pile to debean. I was thinking of doing a Q&A while I sit and do them 🤔 Yeah we don’t really celebrate normally , I don’t think I used a Valentine’s Day kit last year
