Its odd that they list the rotomolded Passport 12R at the same weight as the Thermoformed Passport 12. Rotomolded hulls are typically much heavier. Would be cool if you are able to check the weight on these two models with no drive or seat if they have them handy

You're a great salesman. It would be nice for you to do the walk through showing all the features in the demo videos maybe before you get in it or after. You said there's a walk through video of this kayak, but I don't see it in the description area. If it's in the tour video you uploaded first, maybe put some timestamps in the description of the video so we can find it... You're doing an amazing job bro. Because you are the "Amazing Aliex"!

4 videos ago. Only difference from previous passports is that the material used to build the kayak is different (rotomolded polyethylene).
Im between the passport and compass and wonder if the passport.is fishable standing or should i consider the compass for extra stability?
This looks nice with a great price point. I just bought a iTrek 9, so I don't know how I'm going to tell my wife that I need to gets this too 😁 I've been looking at the Lynx as well. I'm gonna be in trouble 😜

How would you say the plastic quality on this boat is? Is it now similar to compass and outback? Or does it still feel inferior. The old passport plastic was not impressive.
Can't believe your admitting the nucanoe frontier 12 is the new game changer in the kayak world 🤣🤣🤣🤣 i just got mine and am still excited about it
the 2023 gt drive is super smooth, the 12r kayak is light and fast and comfortable with a nice low seating position, low center of gravity, great primary stability, secondary so-so, get the upgrade rudder if you have wind or current, not stable enough to stand on, paddling is ok no more, the bow is bulbous and pops out of waves instead of cutting through, dryer ride but annoying repetitive hull splash on the way down if heading into waves, thinking of getting a revolution instead
I don't understand. What's new about the 12R compared to the Passport 12 that has been out for years now? Comparing the two on Hobie's website, the specs are exactly the same. The only difference I can see is roto vs thermo and the 12 has a two-tone color scheme. Weight is exactly the same as well as the price. The 12R is not game changing in any way.
All kayaks here will feel amazing .....but this feels good.....🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hobie makes good kayaks but man they are pricey!
It's really 🔥 Hot out and you didn't do a flip/retrieve. So very disappointing. LOL
Only thing that bug me is the rudder
