Remember when Hobi was so worried that only a couple of ARMY would attend his Lollapalooza set? But then he closed out the festival with the largest crowd in 31 years.
Hobi knows what it's like to start from the very bottom. He was a featured artist to a much popular idol then. But even though Hobi has now reached the superstardom status, he remains humble. Just watch him interact with the backup dancers while seemingly forgetting his popularity. He even joined the boys like he was one of them.
Hobi doesn't consider himself in a higher position just because he's more popular. The next clip is one of the most touching and true testament of Hobi's personality.
Hobi had always been a humble king. Just leave it to the people from his personal life to share his humility. In fact, Hobi keeps forgetting that he's popular. And he brings the Maknae Line + Jin to his extremely humble mindset. I mean, have you seen them dance on the street like nobody knows them?
Hobi forgets how popular he is that he was shocked fans were screaming out for him. Hobi forgets how popular he is that he didn't know BTS was shooting for a cover photo. Hobi forgets how popular he is that he sang his own line like a fanboy. Hobi forgets how popular he is that he agreed to take a photo with a fan even though the staff said no. Hobi forgets how popular he is that he took his blazer off in front of thirsty ARMY.
Hobi forgets how popular he is that he was shocked the camera focused on him. I mean, why not? He was crowned as the most popular artist that night.
Hobi is so humble and always willing to learn that he makes the people around him forget that he's a huge star. And if it wasn't for this interview, we would have not known that Hobi was popular at his school.
The bottom line is that Hobi's humility comes from his grateful heart.

He really does completely forget that he's super famous 😂 he's just so incredibly humble and kind. He sees everyone as equals, no one is better than anyone else. Him just casually hanging out with the back up dancers is so Hobi. He just wants to be friendly and kind to everyone 😊 I love this man!!

Hobi's energy is very welcoming and kind. Serious Hobi is his work . But once that's over he's warm fuzzies..it literally like you flip on a switch in his brain and Work Hobi comes out and is aura changes. I'm not surprised he was popular. 😊 who can resist that smile and laugh❤

I'm not kidding, Colt. When I was still trying to get to know BTS as a fetus ARMY back in 2013-2014, one of the first things I noticed about BTS was J-Hope's caring and kind personality. Yes, he was known for being silly and making the members laugh. BUT! I noticed how he treated the people around him. One of the first examples I clearly remember of this was when they surprised Hobi with a video of his family on his birthday. Watch as everyone started to cry when he did. Even their manager! You can't fake that kind of bond. It's a testament to how great of a person our Hobi is! I love this video so much, Colt. I miss him so much, and this video just reminds me why. 🥺💜

I'm so happy you included the clips from HOTS and also the clip of Jessi which I hadn't seen for ages (I really hope she does a collab with him when he's back!). I absolutely love that scene where Woong says 'he hasn't changed' and then they cut to Hobi jumping up and down and yelling behind him 😂🤣😂 argh he's so cute!!!! At first, I just randomly watched your video because of j-hope, but as time goes by, i realize your videos are so funny and meaningful to me. Thank you for your hard work. And J-hope deserves to be loved and respected as he does. Whenever I see him, I just feel happy. He's talented and positive guy, but makes him shine is his personality.
