Hobbyist Knife Making | Shop Tour

Ғылым және технология

Here's a quick and dirty tour of my knifemaking area, at the moment. I'm excited about this new Origin Blade Maker 2x72 belt grinder. It made making better knives easier, sick! If you make knives too, I'd love to see a video of your setup! Also, let me know if you have any questions, comments or a good joke.

I'm just getting started also, still working with h/f 1 1 x 30 but I did just get a 12x16 shed in the back yard instead of a 2 x72, clicked on your video to figure out how to set up my new shop which it didn't but enjoyed seeing how your doing things it makes me feel like I'm heading in the right direction, Thanks for your post!

Thanks Stanley. Yeah, I'm prob not a good example. I don't have a workshop or good organization system yet. I'll get there one day though. What kind of blades have you been mostly making?

Thanks Dave! Yeah, you definately need one. I can sharpening pretty much anything in 5 minutes now! I'm a bad influence, aren't I. 😆

What sort of blades are you making these day? I'm not familiar with John Kesser. What is his You Tube channel name, I couldn't find it. Also, thank you for your sacrifice at Ground Zero. I've found knifemaking to be therapeutic.
