ok man, i do it with you Hey guys, i think i should update a little too in 1 day, i jogging for 1 hours with my đa after long time i not in home in 2 day, i go to the gym and spend 2 hours but i got hurt after this day so im kinna scared in 3-5 day, i played table tenis my favorite sport with 2-3 hours/day day 6-7 im kinna lazy so just jogging and running a little bit at home in my treadmill and im still playing table tenis at least 1h/day everyday to now. Day 11: i think playing sport is very good (about healthy, not for building muscles or sth like that) btw i learn new serve in table tenis today after 1h try it, and 1 hours play table tenis with my brother. Day12, i think im learning kinna fast in table tenis, maybe the reson is the internet, today i jogging 30 min and training table tenis 2h, now i cant even stand with the straight legs haha, maybe i will take 1 day rest not playing. table tenis, i gonna do some push-up at home tomorrow i means in day 13, will update late. Guys i told u, day 15 i think, i still playing table tenis today i play like 3h, but i told u guys, when we training or playing sport we need a rest day for your body can recover, dont like me, now i think i got injury so i need to take like even 1 week just for recover. I cant even walk normal and my hand is hurt too TT.

I would also like to add learning languages to cerebral. It's SO important in today's day and age, where the world is more connected. I am currently learning a language which is popularly spoken in my country but is not English (though I do also like learning new complex English words), a language where I'm forced to learn an entirely new alphabet, and a language that honestly I've just been learning throughout school so I don't want all those years to go to waste and is spoken by many people worldwide.

Been working out for a year straight now. Even while being sick. Began collecting and reading historical texts, now have a library, began writing a novel and painting/sketching and taking care of plants on top of work and school. Now I started a history podcast and it’s only getting better. Good for your mental health.
Physical: basketball and running Cerebral: reading (I’m reading through the Bible right now) I also like watching videos and reading some articles that are about psychology. Creative: piano and singing. I sometimes do extra classes in the summer too and the previous ones I’ve done include acting and dance. I also have customized a pair of basketball shoes recently and that made me feel so cool 😎

Cheers Bro, I found your Channel and I am Honestly loving the Content.
I'm dancing, playing basketball and going to the gym(Physical hobby, since I lost 8 pounds) / I wanna start reading ( celebral hobby) / I'm producing music and writing lyrics and rapping (creative hobbys). This video reallly made me realise what I need and what I have, thank you :D
I love you broooo, you're making me better 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Thanks for all Collin! Best video i watched today!
My physical hobby is trudging through the thick foliage of the huge woods surrounding my home to catch Pokémon, play songs really loud, and sing along as the forest confines my voice so no one can hear. Since I work in a kitchen where I do tons of running around and lifting, my body isn't exactly enthusiastic about incorporating that on my days off. My back suffers enough already 😂 Although I do have to admit I have gained an insane amount of muscle mass simply from working there, which is honestly mind-blowing. As for the other two categories, I'm still trying to figure out which hobbies I want to pick up. I have tried coding and even finished a C# book for beginners, but for whatever reason, I stopped and sort of forgot everything. I am, however, interested in web design, so I'm considering diving into HTML and CSS just for fun. Still, I kinda thrive by indulging in hobbies that might not be deemed beneficial or productive by others but provide me with satisfaction and relaxation when I'm not working. Sometimes, I just wanna tune out the whole world, boot up my Nintendo Switch, and spend hours playing video games or watching TV shows. I get to learn about many cool things, practice English, and nerd out as I please! :D
running, reading and making random quatrains... these are my hobbies :)
definitely this is the best video I've seen today. Thank you!!

Excellent video. Even though I'm not in that 13-21 year old cohort, this is valuable advice. Some additional points: I think two other hobbies that should be pursued are public speaking and style. Public speaking is an underrated skill that most folks never think to focus on. But it makes one more informed, builds confidence, and commands respect. Dwayne Johnson speaks of this in his student days. For style, as a young man, I hated shopping, never learned proper grooming, went quick and cheap, and I see now how much that skill could have benefited me in the professional and social world. And it could be a hobby to learn these new skills and get past discomfort.

Thank you very much !!! This video gave me motivation to become someone better in my life. I am surely going to start focusing more on my hobbies. I love coding so because of you speaking of it that was just more motivation added to my list.
Here is what I did in 2023 - Gym Routine with the hope that I can lose weight and build muscle. - Played around in animation (Blender) - Creating fantastical story - Studying (since I am still in college) Thoughts: I am pretty proud of myself. I wasn't a healthy kid because I always seem to stay at home to study. I am glad that picked up some healthy choices, as well as starting to do some creative approaches such as story telling and animation. Hobbies in 2024 - Continuing Gym Routine - Cooking - Walking - Continue creating story - Sketches - More in animation - Study Thoughts: after 4 months of training, I realized I wasn't really changing anything, so I assumed it must be because of the diet. That is why I thought I should start cooking so I can be aware of what I eat. Hopefully I get a better change in physic when I combine healthy diet with gym. There are also most days where I can't go to the gym since I can't drive yet, so I decided to pick up on walking around more often. I also realized the power of story-telling and I realized I could do something with it. I want to try to incorporate this into animation but I need some character creation and storyboards, so I picked up on sketching. This is likely going to be the hobby that I will spend time the least, since I am still in my final year of college, so I am planning to do as minimal of work on it as I can before this school year ends. After it, I will put energy into it and see how it goes. This is going to be an interesting year and I can't wait to see what happens. Hopefully, it goes well and I wish your year the same.
