Great info. Thank you. I am using hob , it's really difficult to clean the sides. Spilled milk and other food particles get stuck in between the sides and the counter top. It attracts pests and cockroaches. Cleaning the chimney is another headache. In my view, for regular functional Indian kitchen semi modular kitchen with gas stove is the best.
