He IS hurting the people & community around him with his rotting garbage, rodents, insects, feces, chemicals, fire hazards, and filth. Hoarding is not victimless, and the hoarder is not the only one affected by their problem.

It's a mental illness but I can agree

i actually drove past his house on a friends and family vacation. the house and yard looked identical even after the cleaning. i didn't see him but i hope he gets the help he needs

Was he living in Sulphur springs? I remember a place off Nebraska avenue. It looked really bad then!!
